December is almost ending! How fast is it? This weekend will be Christmas.
This is my first time cooking tang yuan. Didn’t do from scratch though. Bought the dough from a local Chinese grocery shop in Padungan.
I usually post videos on Youtube on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Usually it’s not food related for Wednesday’s video. However, it’s an exception this week because today(Tuesday) is Winter Solstice, I post one day earlier and it’s food related.

Chinese New Year is around the corner! I guess it’s another stay-at-home celebrations. Whatever it is… I will still bake and make some CNY goodies for the sake of it. Haha… Here’s one that you can try. So simple, so easy to do. Only 5 ingredients. Most importantly it tastes great!

Tested PerySmith 3in1 Waffle Maker Sandwich Bakeware months ago. The video was up months ago too *LOL* It works as it should. No problem. Be creative and add anything you want in your toast. Easy, right? 5 minutes is good enough. If you don’t have a toaster, this will do the job too.

In conclusion the locking mechanism is a bit meh. That’s pretty much my complain. As for cooking time, it’s long but expected as this is not for heavy/commercial usage and the heat generated can’t possibly cook it fast enough.
