In conclusion the locking mechanism is a bit meh. That’s pretty much my complain. As for cooking time, it’s long but expected as this is not for heavy/commercial usage and the heat generated can’t possibly cook it fast enough.

I won a box of salted egg yolk powder from a contest and I decided to use it make my very first salted egg cornflakes. Always see people making it and selling it. Always wanted to try but the salted egg powder is rather expensive. Thanks to the prize, I can try to make my own. Good thing also we have curry leaves at the back yard. Otherwise it will not be possible for me to attempt this recipe. So easy, so simple. Try it out.
