My first time making egg waffle. Since I have a box of not-so-nice ice cream that I want to get rid off, I decided to use it to make this. You can use any flavour that you like.
This recipe can make 4 to 5 pieces of egg waffles with PerySmith 3in1 Waffle Maker. Can use this recipe for waffle too.
Ingredients:
1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp + 1 1/2 Tsp Corn Starch or Tapioca Flour
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
2 Eggs (medium size/Grade B)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil or Melted Butter
200ml Melted Ice Cream + Water (some water to help with melting)
Instructions:
After mixing everything, store in freezer for 1 hour.
Take out 1/2 hour before using.
Heat the waffle maker, brush some oil, and cook each piece for 15-20 minutes.
Best eaten within 2 hours.
