I won a box of salted egg yolk powder from a contest and I decided to use it make my very first salted egg cornflakes. Always see people making it and selling it. Always wanted to try but the salted egg powder is rather expensive. Thanks to the prize, I can try to make my own. Good thing also we have curry leaves at the back yard. Otherwise it will not be possible for me to attempt this recipe. So easy, so simple. Try it out.

It’s my first time making guilinggao. All because of the heatiness I experienced from the vaccination. Took me three attempts haha… First time followed the English instructions, it was a mess but still got it done. Second time followed Chinese instructions, I made a silly mistake, myself to blame but still works. Third time, fixed the mistake and it works. So I guess I can conclude that it is foolproof 😀 As long that you get the black liquid whether with clumps or not, it still works.

Have been busy these days. So many things to do, so little time. Good things they are all fun things to do. Here’s Cola and Sprite float video that I’ve uploaded to my YouTube channel about 2 months ago.

I have many videos recorded but it takes time to edit. I’m kind of behind schedule. Haven’t upload a single video that is supposed to be release this week. Need to get them done a.s.a.p or else there will be nothing this week. Anyway, I make sure I have at least 2 videos a week in my channel. They are published on Wednesday and Saturday, 3pm.

We’re going into September… Too fast! My birthday coming soon ;p I’m very certain it’s just another stay-at-home birthday. I had ordered my cake anyway 😛 Ordered cake for myself. Nothing wrong right? Haha…

Ready for CNY 2022? *LOL* Sharing a CNY snack recipe ;p Hahaha… This is so easy to make. In fact, easy to make it anytime. Don’t have to wait till CNY. I did this video just before Gawai as I had a packet of Dahfa Dried Fish Fillet that was not opened yet from CNY.

Anyway, take care, people! The situation these days are not improving. It’s getting worst. We used to see people sharing stories about someone they know getting the virus. These days, we’re seeing people sharing about themselves getting it. I had some friends on FB sharing about them being positive and then not long later they no longer update and had passed away. Bad… It’s bad… *sigh* Continue to be vigilant. Please bear in mind that the vaccine doesn’t shield you from the virus and you can still spread it to others even though you are not sick.
