My first time making egg waffle. Since I have a box of not-so-nice ice cream that I want to get rid off, I decided to use it to make this. You can use any flavour that you like.

This recipe can make 4 to 5 pieces of egg waffles with PerySmith 3in1 Waffle Maker. Can use this recipe for waffle too.

Ingredients:
1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp + 1 1/2 Tsp Corn Starch or Tapioca Flour
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
2 Eggs (medium size/Grade B)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil or Melted Butter
200ml Melted Ice Cream + Water (some water to help with melting)

Instructions:
After mixing everything, store in freezer for 1 hour.
Take out 1/2 hour before using.
Heat the waffle maker, brush some oil, and cook each piece for 15-20 minutes.
Best eaten within 2 hours.

December is almost ending! How fast is it? This weekend will be Christmas.

This is my first time cooking tang yuan. Didn’t do from scratch though. Bought the dough from a local Chinese grocery shop in Padungan.

I usually post videos on Youtube on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Usually it’s not food related for Wednesday’s video. However, it’s an exception this week because today(Tuesday) is Winter Solstice, I post one day earlier and it’s food related.

Bought PerySmith 5 in 1 Hand Blender 850W Easy Cooking Series PS850 during 7/7 sale on Shopee. Had been putting this product in my shopping cart for God-knows-how-long haha… It was out of stock at one point and they restocked it in time for 7/7 sale. Here’s my unboxing video and first impression of it. I’ve been using it for few time to make bread dough and it works great albeit having initial doubt about it. No frill. Simple and easy to use.

Will be using it for my YouTube content for sure.
