I won a box of salted egg yolk powder from a contest and I decided to use it make my very first salted egg cornflakes. Always see people making it and selling it. Always wanted to try but the salted egg powder is rather expensive. Thanks to the prize, I can try to make my own. Good thing also we have curry leaves at the back yard.
