I never thought that roti kok is so easy to make at home. After watching it on TV, I tried making it. It is indeed easy. All you need are bread, butter, and sugar. Then bake it in the oven (170 degree Celsius, 15-17 minutes, no flipping needed) or air fryer (160 degree Celsius, 13-15 minutes, flip it mid-cycle). As simple as that.
Once done, leave it to cool then store in an airtight container. Have fun trying!

How to Air Fry Chai Gor (Vegetarian Goose 斋鹅)?
Ok… Finally, I’m back. It was such a busy month and when I finally have time to update, the blog was down. It’s fixed today (finger crossed). It was all SSL problem. I hope there won’t be any other problem again.
Ever heard of or eaten “Chai Gor” aka Vegetarian Goose aka 斋鹅 ? This is my favourite vegetarian meat. Usually, it’s pan-fried but I decided to try to air fry it. WOW! Didn’t expect it to puff up with such a crunch. Definitely need to give this a try, less oil is needed. Try it out. Quite nice to eat especially with porridge or just eat it on its own.
Easy 3-Ingredient Melt in The Mouth UFO Condensed Milk Cookies | No Mixer, Egg, Sugar Needed
Here’s an extremely easy cookie using condensed milk that you can try. Only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
125g softened butter (best with salted butter)
100ml sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cup corn starch
Instructions:
1. Mix butter and condensed milk.
2. Gradually add corn starch and mix. You might not need all of it. When it’s no longer sticky and sticking to anything, it’s ready. The dough should be soft and smooth.
3. Shape it to your desired shape (can even pump it, I shaped it like an UFO) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Preheat your oven.
5. Bake at 150 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes
6. Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
