So, there it is. What thought to be true love and the one is no longer what it was.
End of another chapter, very short but sweet. I appreciate every moment of it.
It hurts but what to do? What’s yours will be yours no matter what.
My travelogue.

After more than 1 1/2 year in Adelaide, finally I flew home last Monday evening. Arrived Kuching last Tuesday morning. Time for me to go back to Adelaide soon! Next Sunday! That’s just so crazy! Don’t even get to enjoy my holiday to the fullest.

On the plane, heading to Singapore. So glad that it’s not a full flight and I got the whole row for myself and it’s a window seat too! Was supposed to revise my IELTS reading but ended up watching 3 movies!

Dinner on board. I had panfried chicken in basil cream sauce, buttered vegetables, and roasted potatoes. As for dessert, we were served with ice cream.

Refreshment, it was some-kind-of pie. Can’t remember the exact name hahaha…

Arrived Singapore at 11pm and headed straight to Traders Hotel at Orchard Road to spend a night, only spent about 6 hours there as I need to get to the airport the next day before 8am and beat the traffic jam.

It was my very first time staying in such luxurious hotel. Thanks to someone who redeemed this room with his points for me. It’s a deluxe room with king-sized bed but it’s actually two beds combined. So couldn’t sleep in middle with the spacing there.

I stayed at the 11th floor. Nice swimming pool down there!

Bathroom with so many mirrors! Camwhored! Was rather tired.
There was a miscommunication between the staff and me when I check-in. I double-checked with her when she mentioned about breakfast as far as I know it’s not included. She might have thought that I have their VIP card and told me that the breakfast was included. That morning, I just simply went down to grab some bites and headed back to my room to get my stuff to check-out. Lo and behold! I was charged SGD30+ for the breakfast. -.-” Had to pay for it of course. The most expensive breakfast I had in my life! Oh well… It’s all right, treat it as staying there for only SGD30+/night instead of hundreds of dollars. I was also paying it with my Aussie card, at least not that bad.

On the way home! First time on SilkAir. Unfortunately, the flight was rather full. Luckily it’s not a long flight. The breakfast I had was char siew chicken wrap. Taste? Not my kind of tea LOL.
There you go… My journey home. Now, I’m leaving again soon! Too fast!
I’m back in Kuching but not yet eaten any kolo mee or laksa ;p
Anyway, I have many pending posts from Adelaide. The Original Pancake Kitchen is so near my place but I’ve never been there until more than a year later hehehe… It’s located at 13 Gilbert Place at Hindley Street. It’s opened 24 hours a day.

Went there with my friends for supper. So far I’ve been there 3 times, almost one time a week. However, be warned that it will take a long time for your food to come and service can be bad (at least according to many people) but I’m lucky to have not meet any bad service from them.

Tried these two only even though I’ve been there 3 times.
Left: German Feast (AUD14.50), must be shared with another person unless you’re an extremely huge eater. Delectable German Kranski sausage, two fried eggs, bacon, girlled tomato accompanied with two buttermilk pancakes, whipped butter and maple syrup. I quite like this. Not bad.
Right: Brandied Apricots (AUD12.50 if not mistaken), two buttermilk pancakes topped with brandy soaked Apricots and finished with cream or ice cream . Had this with my German friend on her birthday. Extremely sweet! I don’t have sweet tooth so I’ll just try this once and that’s it. Must eat the apricot with the pancake. If you attempt to eat the apricot alone then it will be a bit hard to eat.
Since the portion is big, you can share and it won’t cost you too much. I’ll definitely go back there simply because it’s cheap and located near my place, and the food isn’t too bad.
By the time you see this, I will be on my way to Singapore. Gonna reach Kuching tomorrow.
Here’s final post of the fashion show.

See you in Kuching!
Now… What should I do in Kuching? Supposed to have a lot to do and now still don’t know what I should do apart from having fun. Should I go ahead with the skill assessment and IELTS (don’t have much time to prepare -.-“)?
More from Rundle Mall Spring/Summer Fashion Parades 2012. I’m just lazy hehehe… Actually also busy packing and settle some stuffs before going home. Also, very confused and lost now with the changes I found out on PR application. Either forget about it or go for it and apply to get Canberra to sponsor me. There’s so much things need to be considered especially monetary wise if going to Canberra. Yes, money can be earned back but I don’t even have the initial money needed to start from scratch in Canberra. Sigh…
Anyway, enjoy the photos.

One more post to come.
