3 Easy French Toast Recipes

How do you make your French toast? Here’s how I made mine for my breakfast. I don’t use sugar or condensed milk at all. My 4 key ingredients are bread, egg, evaporated milk, and salted butter. If you are looking for a sugar-free French toast recipe, feel free to try the following recipes out.

The first recipe is my version of Basic Classic French Toast served with Honey. You can even serve it with anything you like. Jam, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, or even have it on its own.

The second one is Chocolate Lava French Toast. Oh boy! It’s so sinfully rich and delicious! Just use any type of chocolate of your choice. So simple.

The last one is Cheesy French Toast. You can use any cheese of your choice. Look at how the cheese melts. Oh so satisfying!

Crunchy fried seaweed is the must-do for CNY. Well, you can always make it anytime you want. You can find this during Raya, Gawai, and Christmas now too. Very addictive snack to have. Here’s the video on how to make it. Not hard at all. Just have to use plenty of oil to fry. I tried air frying it before. Failed big time. It didn’t taste good too.

Easy Air Fryer Crunchy Meat Floss Spring Roll (Popiah)

Have been busy since the new year started. Lunar new year in less than two weeks’ time! As usual, I’ll bake the mini popiah with an air fryer. It’s much easier with an air fryer or oven. Deep-fried is a no-no as it will be very oily. You just need spring roll pastry sheets, meat floss of your choice, and cornstarch+water as the “glue”. Next, air fry it for 20 minutes at a temperature of 140 degrees Celsius. Give it a stir or shake at mid-cycle. Do check out the video for more details.
