Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

Posted on October 1, 2007October 2, 2007 By sweet surrender 14 Comments on Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

I know that withdrawing your Paypal funds to credit card is quite stupid. Not that I never thought of it before, I did. That’s why we do it with debit card first. We will still do it for the sake of blogging even though we know that we will loss quite an amount of money in there *LOL* At least we can have a breakdown of charges to show you that which way is a better way to do it so that you can make a better choice or just stick back to your VMI or whatever card you have 😛 There are already a lot of posts about using VMI, Accent etc. Someone just has to do it for this! I doubt many will test it with their credit card hahaha… So crazy!

Remember the post about Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version? Here’s the latest update about it. Actually I posted the progress first in Money Money Come yesterday in Paypal: Malaysians Can Withdraw Funds From Paypal Now! (Part 2).

Checked the status in Paypal and the status is changed to “Completed”.

Next, we login to Alrajhi Bank online banking and found out that RM1 is deducted for “Purchase Debit”.

So far, it runs smoothly. We will see when the money will be going into the bank account. Stay tuned! Hehehe…

Took this photos about half hour ago 😛 Jimmy called me up about it when he’s on the way to meet his friend. My dad saw it too but didn’t tell me. Hahaha…

I’m damn kiasu… I want to be the first to post it up! Hahaha… It’s like jet contrail but it’s just cloud.

Another shoot…

My first time posting photos in this size… What to do? The usual size can’t be used for these photos 😛

Did you see it at around 5.30pm?

Setting Up irenelaw.com

Posted on September 30, 2007September 30, 2007 By sweet surrender 4 Comments on Setting Up irenelaw.com

I don’t know what’s wrong with Nuffnang. Whenever I have high traffic they didn’t give me ad, whenever my traffic is low, then they give me ad. Sigh… Never the right timing. I’m assigned with an ad from 30 September-6 October but the ad isn’t displaying at all and I’m experiencing quite high traffic since yesterday(I guess… With so many link back from people and visits for the Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version post). Sigh… More traffic means you earn more, low raffic means you’ll earn less. Where’s my ad?!!?!? Almost wasted half day traffic already 🙁

Remember I said that I will set up a new blog in irenelaw.com when the time comes? The time is not here yet but I’m planning to install WordPress for it first and start with my first post. Then link back to whoever that links to it. At the same time, it will also serve as my playground for experimenting with all sort of plugins and themes before I implement it over here as I’m thinking of switching to a new theme. So when the time comes, all I need to do is start posting. 😛

By the way, I’m still using the very old version of WordPress hahaha… No guts to upgrade it after hearing many horror stories… Now I plan to upgrade it, oh dear… Not now though… I’m waiting for a suitable time to do so. As lately I don’t have such luxury to mess around with things like this, if in case something happen *touch wood* I’ll be in deep shit. Must find a time without any distraction and make sure Streamyx is behaving itself(lately the line isn’t stable, kept disconnected) to do it. Will be somewhere this month after I’m back from my Miri trip.

By the way, anyone wanna meet up with me at Miri? I’ll be there from 6th-8th October. I haven’t figure out what to do there hahaha… What can I do there? My friend haven’t confirm with me whether he can bring me around or not. I did some research on the net and there seems to be nothing interesting and not much interesting places to go hahaha… 😛 By the way, don’t ask me to go to the jungle or the caves *LOL* I’m not into that and I’m not prepare for it as well. Ah well… Maybe I’ll just loiter around hahaha… If you want, just leave me a message or e-mail me at aiilinglaw AT Gmail.

Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (1)

Posted on September 29, 2007April 4, 2014 By sweet surrender 90 Comments on Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (1)

Notice something in Paypal? This is a good news to all of us! We do not need Accent card, VMI card, E-trade or whatever anymore! You just need to use your credit card or debit card with MasterCard or Visa logo to withdraw your money!

Cool… They charge USD5 per transaction. At least it’s safer and under your control unlike those cards which I don’t really trust them untill now as I heard of many stories about account being suspended and all those torublesome processes that you have to go tru’ to re-activate your account though they got their accounts back still I hate going tru’ the whole process in case I’m that unlucky. This explains why I don’t apply for any untill now. Besides, I have ways to get my money from my Paypal without withdrawing it(top secret 😛 cannot tell you how hehehe…), also I don’t have that much fund in there so no point to withdraw also. You’ve probably heard a lot about Paypal yourself but may not be entirely sure what you think. If you are looking to purchase things online, perhaps you want to some electronic equipment then Paypal is a great thing to use. You’ll like the stability it offers you and how safe it makes you feel when you are buying and selling online.

See the screeshoots below…

When you click on “Transfer funds to your card”, you will be redirected to a page called “Withdraw Funds to your Card”. Withdrawals to your card must meet the minimum withdrawal amount which is USD10 (depends on the currency). If you are withdrawing to a prepaid card, the amount that you can withdraw might differ from your PayPal account withdrawal limit.

We tested it with Jimmy’s(for Chinese version) Alrajhi Bank debit card that he got from applying for their current account. For the time being, we will test with debit card, when this transaction is completed and make sure that we got our money, we will test it with credit card.

Since it’s first time withdrawal, card details need to be added. Debit Cards, Check Card, ATM Cards or Banking Cards are accepted as long that they have a Visa or MasterCard Logo.

Key in the value after you successfully added the card.

Then you will see the summary before you confirm the transaction.

It will take 5-7 business days. We will see how by then… By the way, you can only withdraw USD500 per day. I don’t have this amount of money per day hahaha… If I have… WOW! I’ll be a millionaire soon! 😛

Remember! Credit card version coming up! Hehehe…

You can also read about it at Paypal: Malaysians Can Withdraw Funds From Paypal Now! (Part 1), in fact I published it in Money Money Come before this blog 😛

Sri Shan Curry & Such

Posted on September 28, 2007November 21, 2008 By sweet surrender 2 Comments on Sri Shan Curry & Such

I so don’t like someone from 3P with the name started with “J”. Posts always got rejected when she’s the one who reviewed them. I don’t think she even opened her eyes wide enough to see what I wrote and just rejected them. GRRR… I had put in what they required, even copy pasted the whole phrase but she said I didn’t include it in! Not the first time, many times already. This time, I bolded it and resubmit!

I had just let a USD15 opportunity to sit there and not grabbing it hehehe… Must control… Else will have too many ads. 😛 I’m such a good girl hahaha… Had just taken one USD10’s so must not take anymore…

Couldn’t decide where to go for lunch before going to CatsCity Clique. Ended up at Sri Shan Curry & Such.

Well… You just pick your food and they will charge you based on the dishes you pick, just like the way you order fast food from coffee shops except they have so many type of curries and rendangs for you to choose. I remember last time we ordered a very small plate of curry and it cost us RM5! This equals to 2 plates of nasi lemak!

Didn’t really have the appetite and only God knows how they will charge later so we opted for nasi lemak, quick and easy. It was supposed to be available for breakfast only, since they still had it, so we got what we want! They only have ala-carte for breakfast.

Ice lemon tea and nasi lemak(RM2.50/plate). Can’t remember how much was the total. 😛

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
