Mini Nestum Oat Rice Cooker Steamed Cake with Nestum Grains & More 3in1 Oat

Posted on February 1, 2021February 15, 2021 By sweet surrender No Comments on Mini Nestum Oat Rice Cooker Steamed Cake with Nestum Grains & More 3in1 Oat

It’s been a long time not sharing recipe and cooking related post. Here’s one that I did on my YouTube. In fact I did this to join the contest organized by Nestle. Just for the fun of it since I happened to have the ingredients for it and I was planning it as part of my YouTube content. Still awaiting for the winners announcement, finger crossed even though I know my chance isn’t high.

INGREDIENTS
Part A:
4 Tbsp Nestum Grains & More 3in1 Oat
1 Tbsp Hot water
*Mix both ingredients until pasty.

Part B:
1 Egg

Part C:
3 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
1 to 2 Tbsp Sugar (Optional. If you have sweet tooth, feel free to add sugar.)

Part D:
3 Tbsp melted butter/margarine/oil

STEPS:
1. Combine A and B, mix well.

2. Combine C with AB mixture, mix well.

3. Combine ABC mixture with D, mix well.

4. Grease the cupcake mould.

5. Pour the batter into greased cupcake mould.

6. Steam for 15 to 18 minutes. (This is only applicable for cupcakes/muffins. Bigger cake will need longer time)

7. Ready to eat.

This recipe is versatile enough to modify. All you need to do is replace Nestum Grains & More 3in1 Oat with the same amount of your favourite Nestum Grains & More 3in1 or Milo or Nescafe or combine them all 😜 Happy trying!

Bay Ki – Sarawak Chinese Slang (S3/Pt8)

Posted on January 27, 2021January 25, 2021 By sweet surrender No Comments on Bay Ki – Sarawak Chinese Slang (S3/Pt8)

Don’t forget! Don’t forget! Don’t bay ki! We are still no where near the end of the tunnel, we are going deeper into the tunnel and have no idea when we will get to see the light again. It takes everyone to play their parts to end this whole thing but sadly many people bay ki and don’t care about it. They are sick and tired in following the SOPs already which lead to the worsening situation now.

No matter what, as long that you can’t control the spread, the economy will never be salvaged. Look at yourself! How irresponsible you are for the sake of your own whims and fancies. Don’t cry foul when stricter MCO is introduced.

Oh well… If you don’t want it to end, then continue be bay ki about all the SOPs and do whatever you like. The economy will never improve and so does your life. Good luck!

Don’t make life so difficult can? Some people… Really… Don’t know how to say. Like to make not only own life so kang ko but others too.

We are heading to the end of January 2021. We are still stuck in in pandemic. In less than a month, Chinese New Year will be here but it will be different this year. We are encouraged to stay home. I would just say bloody stay at home! Don’t go visiting, putting others at risk and end up making everyone’s life so kang ko.

Wa Bay Zai – Sarawak Chinese Slang (S3/Pt6)

Posted on January 14, 2021 By sweet surrender No Comments on Wa Bay Zai – Sarawak Chinese Slang (S3/Pt6)

Sigh… Number of cases is increasing day by day. The number is not looking good. Now many places are under MCO2.0. Kuching is currently in CMCO but foresee that we might have to shift to MCO2.0 mode if things are not improving as there are too many got exposed during Christmas and New Year. Wa bay zai when this whole thing will end. So disheartening to see the situation these days. With the flood again due to the non-stop rain, it’s not making things looking any better.

Meanwhile, please take care of yourself and those surrounding you. People no longer bother about any SOP anymore which is why things are getting out of control. Be a responsible person, do not put others at risk.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
