On the third day, I decided to go to uni to get myself enrolled and to figure out stuffs before heading out to explore the city. I didn’t check the map and just simply walked ;p I knew it’s at the other side but not sure of the correct road that led to it. Asked a few people along the way and saw many buildings of the uni around the area but I didn’t get any of them correct ;p
Anyway, after multiple attempts I finally reached there! Hahaha… It’s so near to the place I’m staying but I walked one big round, I think I almost covered the quarter of the west side of the city on foot;p
Right in front of the uni, free tram service within the city. However, it also leads to the suburbs and beach but it’s not free. I’m still trying to figure out the ticketing system so that I can go the beach and also visit another shopping centre.
After spending almost the whole afternoon at the uni, I decided to hop on the free city loop bus to see the overview of the city since it stops right in front of the uni.
From it, I found Chinatown! Great!
Buildings around the city. There’s many places that I had discovered riding on the bus.
I just took some photos as the bus moved.
I’m taking the anti-clockwise free bus.
Left: Railyway Station where you can find quite a number of attractions around it. The casino, the park, and so on.
Right: Adelaide Convention Centre.
Basically just to share the city views of Adelaide with you.
It was funny that I didn’t know where I should get off to go back to where I’m staying ;p I got off after the bus passed two stops (if I recall correctly). If I didn’t get down, I’ll be going back to the uni. That’s how I found out the lane leading to my place was between the two stops hehehe…
It was a tiring day but quite fruitful as I found quite a number of landmarks for me to discover the next few days.
