I got a box of Betty Crocker Delights Tangy Lemon & Buttery Shortcrust Bar Mix early this year, I’ve never eaten the actual lemon bar. This is my first time making it and eating it.
Premix is always very easy. In this video, I unbox it, mix it, and bake it. I did not have oven with me and do not have the recommended tray so I just improvised with whatever I have.
The end result with the tray is how it’s supposed to look like and the texture on top is compact and soft. While the one with cupcake mould, the lemon topping texture isn’t the same as with the tray, it’s more soft and airy with more air bubbles. However, they tasted exactly the same.
How do I like it? It’s too sweet for me. I can only eat one small piece, can’t go beyond that.
