No Ambulance Service To Rural Area!

Posted on May 7, 2007May 8, 2007 By sweet surrender 4 Comments on No Ambulance Service To Rural Area!

Rest In Peace. You will always be in our memories. Don’t worry, for God will look after us.

What’s the use of an ambulance? What’s the use of hospital in a small district with so many kampungs in there?

I really don’t understand. Aren’t you supposed to be providing services to all these people staying there no matter they live in the town or in the small villages? Is it so hard to send an ambulance into the village when they need one? Summore, the village’s road is properly tarred, no one ask you to venture in those muddy or rocky road. Dare to said that you don’t provide ambulance service to them? You are not a private hospital! You’re a government hospital. It’s your job to take care and provide medical services for those living in your area! Who else they can rely but you?

Fine! I know that the ambulance is huge! There are small ambulance that is available also. Even vans and 4-wheel drives that are provided to your hospital for you to do your work will do. Why can’t you utilised it? Those people rely on you to help them to send those sick villagers in the village to the hospital.

I noticed that many villagers delayed seeking medical treatments when they are very sick because you don’t provide ambulance service into their village. They have difficulty in sending the sick to the hospital because they don’t have enough knowledge on how to handle the sick and they are afraid that improper handling might cause more problem to the sick. All these don’t matter at all! The fact is that, isn’t that supposed to be the work of ambulance sending people to the hospital?!?!? Summore, the ambulance has facilities and the space for the sick, at least early treatments can be given first by the medical personnels.

At the end, they just have to let the sick suffer at home and eventually died! All because of no ambulance service provided to them!

Back to my point again, what is your role there? It’s unbelievable that there is no ambulance service made available to those in rural area! DAMN IT! Now I know! All these while I thought ambulance should come when you need it, it doesn’t matter it’s from the government hospital or private hospital. This is how it should work right? Government ambulance only charges RM10 per trip unlike the private one charges RM600 per trip then fee is charge to the bill when they are discharged, no money should be collected on the spot. I don’t think it’s all because of the money, I don’t know what. Policy? What kind of rubbish/stupid/useless policy is that?

UNBELIVEABLE! THERE IS NO AMBULANCE SERVICE PROVIDED TO THOSE LIVING IN RURAL AREA!

Not So Aunty Anymore

Posted on May 6, 2007May 6, 2007 By sweet surrender 23 Comments on Not So Aunty Anymore

Hahaha… At least in these 3 pictures I don’t looked so aunty anymore compare to the previous pictures πŸ˜› However in real life I still feel a bit aunty hahaha…

The first 2 photos are without any hairstyling products, it’s taken one day after the second hair wash. I don’t use any because my gel finished hahaha… Besides that, I don’t really like hairstyling products. Also I tried to see how it looked like without using any. I prefer using nothing or baby oil or leave-in conditioner. Why?

1. The hair is softer and easier to maintain. I can simple run my hand over to “comb” it without having much tangles. If with products on, it tangled more.

2. Less hair on the floor because human sheds hair everyday, it will not easily fall off with styling products. It would stuck in between the curls and when you wash your hair or try to detangle them before washing, OMG! There would be so many hair! *YUCK* By the way, I feel very eeky when there are wet hair on my hand or my body. I will usually remove it from my hand or body a.s.a.p. So, don’t ask me clean the bathroom or toilet. I can puke on the spot if you ask me to pick those hair up, even my own. I guess next time my husband have to in charge of washing the bathroom and toilet hahaha, if not then have to hire people just to clean the bathroom and toilet πŸ˜‰

The 3rd photo with gel one day after the first hair wash.

My conclusion? Hehehe… I still prefer my old hair because I indeed looked younger with it hahaha and hassle free(90% no tangle), no need any styling products. Also I saw some candid shots that my friend took previously, it’s much nicer than the current one. What to do? Don’t care lar~ It will sooner or later loosen up, just need time. Be an aunty for the time being lo~ πŸ˜›

Sama Jaya Forest Park

Posted on May 5, 2007May 4, 2007 By sweet surrender 14 Comments on Sama Jaya Forest Park

Sama Jaya Forest Park is very popular among joggers. It’s situated near Stutong Park(that housing estate should be known as this I think :P), opposite the police quarters at Tabuan area. We were supposed to be going to Damai but at the end the cosplayers changed their mind and decided to go somewhere near. We were there from noon to around 4pm. I didn’t expect that there were so many people actually jogged there at around 1pm-3pm.

We have Malaysia China Friendship Park(1) (2) at Jalan Song. Here, we have Hiroshima-Sarawak Friendship Garden. This garden is only open when you request for it.

There’s a Japanese Tea House in there but not sure how it functions. Maybe you need do reservation or something to be able to use it. Hmmm…

Left: Parking space.
Right: There are many buildings there and don’t ask me what are they for. I have no idea. It’s too hot to walk around to explore them.

While waiting for the cosplayers to complete their filming. We went jungle tracking. Beware of mosquitoes, monkeys and falling branches! Almost got attacked by the monkeys when we tried to take photos of them. So, don’t play play. Hahaha… Don’t feed them too. The track is 1600m long and it took us about 20+ minutes to finish the track by walking.

Some flowers. Nothing much.

Left: The reflexology path. It’s much bigger than the one at Jalan Song and it has various levels.
Right: It was super hot! I was so bored. Took some photos and that’s it. Nothing interesting to see. No nice flowers. The plants there looked like in the a very pity stage.

Sarbex 2007

Went to Sarbex at Permata Carpark today. If you would like to buy houses or invest in properties, you should go and have a look. It’s much more welcoming than BTS. They have lucky draws too and you can have a chance to win a plasma TV! I remember last time they gave flight tickets. Well… Electrical appliances are more useful. πŸ˜› This year, they have it for 4 days, starting form 4th-7th May instead of the usual 3 days all these while.

You can get freebies such as newspapers, Yellowpages and another book about interior design I think. Not so sure, I left it in my friend’s car. I forgot to take it back with me hahaha….

Left: Win these prizes!
Right: Some of the booth.

Left: I’m always amaze by these house models. They are so cute with all the miniature furnitures in there, it’s not easy to build these, it requires the person to be very meticulous. If me, hahaha… I think I’m going to ruin the whole model once I lay my hand on it. It reminds me of The Sims heheh.. That’s why I like The Sims where I can place all those furnitures and renovate the houses πŸ˜› Once done, I usually will not complete playing the characters, the house is more important hahaha…

Right: More booths.

These two models are quite nice. Have lightings summore. So cool.

Ok… That’s all about SARBEX.

Who Deserves It More?

Posted on May 4, 2007May 7, 2007 By sweet surrender 8 Comments on Who Deserves It More?

Update:

I was awakened by siren of a fire engine this morning, it’s rush hour around 8am, the fire engine was having difficulty trying to squeeze its way out.

Then, about 5 minutes later, my dad came back told us that my ex-classmate from secondary school staying at the next few shops away from us jumped from the third floor and miraculously still alive with leg injuries that were quite bad. Blood was everywhere because she tried to drag herself away from those that wanted to help her. She had nervous breakdown, she kept laughing and talking non sense. I had not seen her for quite sometimes even at her working place, she might be sick for quite sometimes already and today she did something unexpected. Heard that her husband has scratches on his face. I’m wondering what had caused her to have nervous breakdown. *Scary* Initially after she landed on the ground, her husband carried her into the car but who knows just few second after turning his back, she managed to get out of the car.

Her husband panicked until he forgot all about calling an ambulance with his mobile phone and asking those around where to get an ambulance. There is no way her husband can handle her alone, she’s hysterical and he’s panicking. Good thing that those “kuli keng”(labourers) working there helped immobilised her to avoid her hurting herself again while waiting for the ambulance. I think there should be people calling the ambulance on her husband behalf, who will just stand there and see and do nothing right? There are still people that care.

I didn’t see anything, that’s what my dad told us. I tried to peep from my room window but it’s too far to be seen.

It took quite a while for the ambulance to come since it’s rush hour. These two incidents this morning had given me the inspirations to write this post.

Imagine this…

You are driving halfway, suddenly you hear sirens from behind, then the traffic police will block the road to make way for the VVIP’s cars to pass tru’. If you are lucky to be at the same direction of the the VVIP, then you get the right of the way first if you’re at the traffic light. All vehicles from other sides will not be allowed to move even if the light is green.

OK… Back to my main point here. I’m sure many of us came across fire engine, ambulance or police during rush hour. It’s not easy for them to get tru’ right? They are so huge and jams have long queues of cars, even with the siren, it’s not enough. Those in front won’t know what happen at the back so it’s impossible for them to make way for them, when the front don’t make way, how are those behind going to make way? Imagine if it’s the VVIP on the way, they would definitely be given the right of the way no matter what by having the traffic police with their white huge motorbikes blocking traffics from everywhere to make way.

So… What do you think? Should the ambulance, fire engine or the police be escorted by the traffic police also and make way for them? This way they can get to the emergency scene faster than trying so hard to squeeze in between the queues. The VVIPs can get this kind of treatment, why can’t those ambulance, fire engine or police have it too? They need to save lives for heaven’s sake! Which is more important?

Think about it!
