Crispy Chicken Biscuit

Posted on October 27, 2007 By sweet surrender 2 Comments on Crispy Chicken Biscuit

This is also from KL but it’s manufactured in Perak. I have no idea why it’s called chicken biscuit, it doesn’t look like chicken to me and it’s not made from any parts of chicken also. The ingredients used are wheat flour, fine sugar, vegetable oil, milk powder, sesame, soybean, mix spices, baking powder, winter melon, soy protein and calcium.

It’s very crispy indeed and the taste is sweet and salty with strong spice flavour. Suitable for vegetarians.

Judging from the shapes and size, it’s not machine made. Some of them are big; some are small; some are round; some are not. Maybe the ingredients are mixed with machine but they’re shaped manually. Then are baked in oven I guess… Hmm… Where’s the winter melon? πŸ˜›

Anyway, nothing much to rave about it. It’s great for afternoon snacks or just eating it for fun.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
