Collection of Food I Cooked in Adelaide (2)

Left: 29/3/2011, dineer. Noodle in egg and bok choy soup. The soup was chicken stock.

Right: 30/3/2011, lunch. Fried egg with bok choy and plain rice.

Left: 30/3/2011, dinner. Pot sticker with bok choy fried rice.

Right: 31/3/2011, lunch. Noodle and dumplings in seaweed soup and egg. My egg was supposed to be a whole perfect egg but it broke during the cooking process, I adccidentally pierced the yolk.

Left: 31/3/2011, dinner. Cheese rice(it’s from the packet but I forgot to take picture of the packet, just add water and cook, bought it at the supermarket) with boiled vegetables.

Right: 1/4/2011, dinner. Cheese rice with pot stickers and stir fry vegetables.

Left: 2/4/2011, dinner. Cheese rice with french beans served with sauteed potato slices.

Right: 3/4/2011, lunch. Got lazy, sautéed the rest of the potato slices from yesterday and bought a loaf of wholemeal bread to be eaten with it. The bread was toasted and spreaded with canola spread.

Left: 3/4/2011, dinner. Leftover potato slices from lunch, added into chicken carrot rice. Basically, I added some canola oil, chicken stock powder, and carrot into the rice cooker. Then stirred in the potato. As simple as that.

Right: 4/4/2011, Noodle and dumpling in vegetable soup. Again, the soup was chicken stock *LOL*

More to come…

William, will try but not for now, I need to clear the stock first and also the local vege and salad are slightly pricier than bok choy 😛 However, the carrot and the potato are planted locally. Anyway, most vege and fruits are planted in SA, at least according to the signs stated there.

Borneoboy, oh yes… the chicken stock powder is surely something very versatile hahaha… As for pot sticker, I bought a big packet so always have stock in the freezer and lasted me for more than 2 weeks, almost 3 weeks if I recall correctly. This is where I get my meat ;p else I’ll be practically vegetarian! Can’t stand without meat.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
