This is my first time getting full moon package from friend. Got it yesterday. This package is different from what I usually see or heard of. Instead of kacangma I was given with a cake! The two red eggs are something you will surely see but not cake.

Summore, they also printed out a card of Jeanette hehehe… She’s born on 26th December 2007, at 1.11pm. Whose child is this? Her parents are Ely and Cindy. They even setup a blog for her hehehehe… jeanette@blogspot

I have many friends that are already busy with parenthood but I never got any full moon package from them. Hey… Hey… Not that I blame you guys for not giving me hehehe… I don’t mind. If you do give, I will feel even more stress… -.-” It will make me feel that I’m old already that I’m still stuck here not going anywhere. I’m still not ready to have friends’ children to call me “aunty”… For Jeanette’s, I’m not stress hehehe… This is because I only know both the parents few years back instead of knowing them since schooling or childhood, so the pressure is not on hehehe… Also, Cindy is my bro’s primary school’s form teacher.

Anyway… Happy full moon to Jeanette and congratulations on your bundle of joy Ely & Cindy! 🙂

After few weeks of MSN and e-mails, he called. I wasn’t prepared for it as I didn’t expect that he would call and took it so seriously. On a very hot Saturday, few hours after I chatted with him, my phone rang. The number was a KL’s number, I thought it might be wrong number, I answered and…

Me & Him: Hello.
Me & Him: *QUIET*
Me & Him: Hello.
(After few times)
Him: Hello, can I speak to Irene.
Me: Yes… Speaking. Who’s calling?
Him: You know… From Singapore, we chatted just now.
Me: *blur but thought that I know who’s calling* Hmmm… Kevin?
Him: Yes! How are you?
Me: Fine. How about you? You’re calling from Singapore, why KL’s number?
Him: Fine. I have nothing to do now, thought of you so call you up. KL’s number? I don’t know… I’m using the calling card to call.
Me: Oooo… *SPEECHLESS, heart beating so fast, sweating summore, it’s a hot afternoon summore*
Him: You want to be my girlfriend?
Me: Ummm… I… I… I don’t know… I’m speechless… I didn’t expect you to call… I… I… Don’t know -.-“
Him: Com’on, you know. It so hard for me to pick up this courage to call you up just to ask you this question OK? Finally I call and you tell me you don’t know. Please…
Me: Hmmm… Arrr… Ummm…
Him: Please… It’s not easy for me to do this. Be my girl please…
Me: *Very softly but still not so sure, since I’m still single, no harm to try* OK…
Him: OH! Thank you very much! I love you!
Me: *STUNNED* Huh? You say what?
Him: I said I love you!
Me: What? I didn’t get it.
Him: I know you did. You purposely want me to repeat hahaha… Naughty girl.
Me: Yeap… I just want to make sure I got it right.

After the above conversation, I can’t remember what else we chatted. I only remember we were on the phone for about 1-2 hours.

Breakfast At Madam Tang’s

Got a shocked last Saturday(29.12.07), got Josh’s SMS saying that he’s coming to Kuching on Sunday morning! WOW! I had to go to Serian on Sunday so I could only meet him for breakfast. We were busy on Sunday that we couldn’t pick him up from the airport but good thing Naomi could make it.

After discussing with Rose, we decided to go to Choon Chong Cafe at Abell Road. So I mass SMSed to all the bloggers that I could find in my phone, sorry if I missed you out, I randomly picked some names and asked them to spread the words since we practically know each other, summore it’s quite last minute as I only sent the SMS out in the evening. Guess what he’s here for?!?!? He said that he wanted to challenge Tim’s and his gang in bowling because he lost the other time when he’s here for Catscity Clique *LOL* Or there might be some other matter that he needed to tend to that we don’t know.

Anyway, on Sunday morning, Rose, JF and Tim found out that Choon Chong Cafe was not opened. We changed to Madam Tang’s since the nearest laksa place is there. One of the best laksa can be found there too. I reached at almost 10am, the same time as Josh, Naomi and her brother, they came straight from airport. I was supposed to be there with Rose at 9.30am but Jimmy last minute told me he that wanted to join us. He was supposed to go “dating” at Serikin but plan changed.

Left: They designed new menu! It’s been quite a while not going there. You know, if you come to Kuching, the locals will surely bring you to eat laksa or kolomee for your first meal here. Hehehe… Don’t ask me why hahaha… I don’t know also, it’s like a tradition 😛
Right: Gui Lin Gao with honey(RM1.50), herbal jelly, quite bitter but you can have it served with honey.

Left: Sarawak Laksa-regular(RM4.50)
Right: Beef noodle(RM4.80), since Josh had tried Sarawak Laksa before, so we asked him to try the beef noodle as I heard that the beef noodle is one of Madam Tang’s specialties. Sorry for the picture hahaha… I forgot to move the chopsticks and spoon aside 😛 Talking about morning… I’m was still blurred 😛

Hmm… As blur as I could be, even my photo of the menu turned out so blur that I can’t see the prices and the food names -.- I hope I got the prices and names correct in this post *LOL*

After breakfast, it’s 11am, it’s time for me to leave as I need to go to Serian, we had our group photo taken.

My Christmas Presents 2007

Please…. Don’t assume or make assumptions when I didn’t mention any name. It can be anyone that you know or you don’t know. Just mind your own business will you?!! *ANGRY*

Wanna see My Christmas presents? Hahaha… I never really get any Christmas present all these years. This year is different, I get more presents, real presents. Well… I know many of you have lots of them, I don’t. Very surprise right? This year, friends that I got to know from blogging gave me some presents. I didn’t give them any -.-” I didn’t expect anyone to give me any and I don’t practice this tradition also. To all of you that had given me all these presents, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. It’s so thoughtful you. Thanks again!

First present arrived from Heartbeat. It came on 22nd December. This mug is very special. When you pour hot water into it, it will reveal the design of the mug.

If you would like to get one, you can order it from Heartbeat. Ask them to design for you or choose from the available templates or you can design your own. I wanted to design my own but was too busy so I just picked from the available template.

This mug can be a great gift for your loved one. Why? You can give your loved one a surprise! You can hide you message or even your proposal on the mug! When she pours hot water in, then your message or proposal will be revealed! She will surely be very touched and happy. Don’t tell me I don’t teach you how to propose. If it’s me, I’ll be in cloud nine! Certainly will say “I DO” but don’t use this “trick” on me, it won’t give me any surprise because I’m the one that teaches you how to do it and have the exact same mug 😛

“Reindeer” sms-ed me on Christmas day asked me whether I’m home or not. Hmm… Why “reindeer”, not “Santa”? *LOL* He later sent this to me. I haven’t eat the rolls yet 😛 I got many junk food from church and still trying to finish them hahaha… Thanks Paul.

From the girl that likes to camwhore so much, Anna! She likes to bake too! She baked this herself. Thanks Anna.

Lastly…

Angel the very tall girl! I wish I’m as tall as her. *ENVY* She gave me a Christmas mug! Another mug for Christmas. See, snowmen also got presents from Santa. The packaging is simple and nice. Love it 🙂 Thanks Angel!
