Singkawang-Pontianak 4D3N Trip – Day 1
Last year October, we went on an impromptu 4D3N road trip to Singkawang and Pontianak from Kuching via Biawak. We chartered a 7-seater (Indonesian car with an Indonesian driver) to go to Singkawang. We started our journey on Sunday morning and arrived Singkawang in the afternoon.
On the second day, we went to Pontianak for a day trip. Then, on the third day, we spent the whole day toured Singkawang. Lastly, on the fourth day, we check-out and visited some landmarks and attractions located along the way to Aruk immigration checkpoint. When we reached home, it was around 4pm.
Do note that Malaysia time is one hour ahead of Singkawang and Pontianak. Therefore, don’t forget to change the time on your watch.
In this post, I’m sharing our first day in Singkawang. Hopefully, you will find this post useful when you want to plan your trip there.
