Went for my very first facial today at tHe Spring. It’s by Clinique.
I got my samples after I signed up as member of Clinque Malaysia. I always wanted to try Clinique products but it’s pretty expensive for me. I’ve been using pharmacy/supermarket brands products all these while. Having the samples really help as I will be able to know whether they suit me or not before buying such expensive products.
I’ve been using the 3-step system since 1st April 2009. Will have review for it soon, either in May or after I finish one of the products in the sample pack.
Went to my first facial this afternoon. I bought the RM150 Parkson voucher after having a chat with the counter manager there 2 weeks ago. She recommended me to sign up for the facial which is RM30 and RM120 can be used for product(s) redemption. So I was thinking that why don’t sign up for it since I never had facial before and I could buy some products to try out since the 3-step system is going pretty OK with me so far.
Finally I signed up and made an appointment for it. It’s today. I went and finally got my first ever facial. Was given a whitening facial. Very relaxing and my skin feels so clean. Finally I got the massage that I wanted badly for months. I don’t have to go get my hair wash to get the massage anymore ;p
The picture here showed you the products that I had redeemed last week during Bonuslink Members’ Day. Thought of getting the Clinique Turnaround Concentrate Visible Skin Renewer by topping up RM70 but I was told by the manager that it’s not worth it to get the small one. So she told me to stock up on the 3-step system especially the facial cleanser and the clarifying lotion. Then was given with Full Potential Lips Plump and Shine sample.
So basically, that’s about it.

I was introduced to Bencoolen products by one of the Ebayers last year. I thought it’s some imported products but after asking her some questions, I was told that it’s 100% Malaysian made. I mean, look at the packaging, it’s so “foreign” looking but it’s really 100% Malaysian made! She told me about the shower cream that contains no SLS that her mom introduced to her and she got hooked after using it.
