My First Full Course Facial

Posted on November 4, 2009November 5, 2009 By sweet surrender 3 Comments on My First Full Course Facial

I’ve never been to a “real” facial. Previous one was just very basic one.

I got a voucher for FREE Aromessence Facial Treatment worth RM250 from a Facebook contest few weeks ago. I made an appointment to go try it out today. Didn’t manage to take much photos but I’ll have more photos to share on my next session as I will be going again as a blogger hehehe… I won’t tell you the place for now. Wait for my next post about it. This photo was taken with my phone when I’m alone getting dressed else there was no chance at all to take any photo.

I was surprised that I was required to remove my tops but bottoms was not compulsory unless I want to feel more comfortable, ended up I only had my panties on ;p I was told that the treatment includes 10 minutes back massage. The whole session took about 2 and half hour.

Consultation was done to understand your skincare routine and whether you have any health problem. Was also asked to put my head into a machine with UV lights. Saw those blackheads, pigmentation and so on. WOW! A LOT! Then I was given the option to go the toilet just in case because you will be bound to the bed for hours! *LOL* of course I went.

Started of with back massage, then facial treatment started. I don’t quite remember the stages though ;p. Removing blackheads and oil seeds were the most uncomfortable stage, quite painful for some parts but for the name of beauty, we can do anything. No? ;p I didn’t expect them to help me remove the oil seeds, I’ve been looking for ways to get rid of them. Later she showed me the blackheads, a lot! Those were just some of them, there were still many but too deep to reach because of my skin condition. Need few more sessions.

My eyebrows was trimmed too and given another upper body, face and head massage.

After the session, another consultation session followed and given with a product sample and a cup of tea. I ended up signing up for the package worth RM599 which consist of 10 sessions(original price is RM250/session) of this facial and free one session of slim facial(for toning).

There! My RM600 just gone like that… I will be there again in two weeks time. Really need to fix my blackheads, eye bags, dark circles, pigmentation, and oil seeds problems. I have to sleep early and consume less oily food too.

Oh… Trust me. I’ve been looking for sports shoes but just couldn’t find the pair yet.

How Silly…

Posted on November 3, 2009November 3, 2009 By sweet surrender No Comments on How Silly…

GAH! I did something stupid. Supposed to update a post related to make up but guess what?!?! The product photos are gone. I took them with my phone months ago and I kept thinking I had already transferred them into my computer because photos that were taken after them were transferred into my computer long time ago.

Now… I wanted to edit the photos and I couldn’t find it. Worst… They are no longer in my phone already. Aiyooo… Furthermore, I don’t have those products with me anymore so I can’t retake the photos, the products are all in UK now.

In other words, I got nothing to update now.

Anyway, will be doing a RM250 facial tomorrow. Got it from a contest, I don’t have such money to indulge in such luxury or you can also say that I’m too stingy ;p

I’m so sleepy now. Going to sleep. Good night.

Top 16

Posted on November 2, 2009November 3, 2009 By sweet surrender 9 Comments on Top 16

I screwed my second interview last week. Didn’t put much hope in getting into the top 16.

Yesterday, I got SMS from tHe Spring saying that there will be clue at one of the TV screens at tHe Spring which would reveal the top 16 ambassadors. I didn’t quite understand the SMS. I asked several people they said we were required to go there, so I ended up asking the organizer.

After the I got the confirmation, I went to tHe Spring few minutes before 7pm. We got the clue, here’s the clue. It’s something like a treasure hunt.

Didn’t know what we should be looking for, only knew about it when saw one at Switch.

So we went around, I couldn’t find mine and was thinking I won’t be in since I messed up.

Then, one of them told me they saw my name at 3 dots. So… I’m in.

This Saturday will be the first photo shoot session.

In fact I think whoever got the SMS are actually already the top 16 and those who didn’t get tru’ didn’t get the SMS at all. It was done so to make us suspense only *LOL*

Can’t wait for Saturday, it’s been a long long time not having my photos taken ;p.

Yi Jia Ren Restaurant

Posted on November 1, 2009November 1, 2009 By sweet surrender No Comments on Yi Jia Ren Restaurant

Just a quick update, feel so sleepy already, just got back from a dinner function.

Few days ago, we decided to go out to eat but couldn’t think of where to go so we just drove around Petanak area and I thought of trying out Aheko since never been there. Then to my surprise, it’s no longer Aheko, it’s now Yi Jia Ren Restaurant.

So we ended up here coz lazy to think of where to eat anymore. Nothing special, it’s just like any other Chinese restaurants serving Chinese cuisine. You can order dish by dishes(vegetable, meat, seafood etc.) or just order the rice/noodle dishes in the menu or set meals.

I ordered the set, butter chicken rice + air bandung + soup = RM6

Actually this is only available from 10am till 5pm but the waitress said can still order, so I ordered. The butter chicken rice is a bit sweet but not so bad.

Left: Hot and spicy ramen(RM6), at first it didn’t taste very spicy but the more you eat the more spicy it got. They didn’t ask for what level of spiciness you want though.

Right: Ramen with soup(RM6), the soup is pepper soup, nothing much to say about this. It’s just ramen in soup.

Overall, it’s just average, as usual like I always said, nothing to rave about.

Attended Law of Attraction Workshop

Posted on October 31, 2009October 31, 2009 By sweet surrender 5 Comments on Attended Law of Attraction Workshop

Attended a one-day law of attraction workshop today. This is my first time signing up for a workshop. It was held at SIPEC Convention Center from 9pm-5pm.

Since I do not have class to attend and it’s offering an introductory fee for only RM35, why not?!? I think I need this especially with what’s going on with me this year. There is no harm to attend and learn something different anyway.

I’m not going tell you everything about what I’ve learnt today but I’ll just summarize it as positive attracts positive; negative attracts negative. I will do my best to achieve my goals using the law of attraction and to improve myself spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. I’m going to attract, attract, and attract! ;p One step at a time.

If you would like to attend such workshop, you can let me know and I can help by refering you to the person in charge. It’s really interesting to know that you have the ability to attract something that you want and get it. You just need to know the right way to do it.

So tired… Going off to sleep. Good night!

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
