Pizza Hut Cheesy Lava Dip

Posted on March 28, 2010March 28, 2010 By sweet surrender 16 Comments on Pizza Hut Cheesy Lava Dip

We went for pizza dinner the other night at Pizza Hut, Jalan Song. It was such a lousy experience! No wonder so many people complained about this outlet.

We ordered Pizza Hut Cheesy Lava Dip and guess what? They didn’t tell us anything when we ordered. They didn’t tell us Revive was out of stock, they gave us Pepsi. Fine… It’s just soft drinks.

Then the soup was warm not hot. Very diluted too.

Next, the pizza, do you notice something missing? The lava dip!!! We asked them about it, they told us it’s out of stock. We’re paying for this “special” pizza, so it cost more yet we’re getting the “normal” pizza!

After that, this one… The breadstic. -.-” They just cut up the bread that they used for garlic bread and served it to us like that, so hideous! They didn’t say anything about it too. We took a peek at other tables and everyone suffered the same fate.

What kind of service is this? You should tell us when we ordered or at least offer some compensation rather than just kept quiet about it until we asked. Then, when we asked, you did not bother to provide any compensation especially the missing lava dip and it’s not cheap I tell you!

All I can say is that, avoid this outlet. Lousy one. The last time we were there, they had some of their stuffs out of stock also but that was years back. They didn’t improve until now. WOW! How “good” is that?

I’ve experienced the same thing at Boulevard’s Pizza Hut outlet. They were out of the dip but they replaced it with a sourish sauce. Major yuck!

And oh, I think that’s how the breadstick’s supposed to look like now. I’ve been to several Pizza Hut outlets and they all look like that.

Katherine-Lee, serious? Their breadstic is now like that? -.-” This is so unappetizing!

Ching Ching, is it? No wonder I don’t see the cheese powder there.

Pinkcotton, is it? What the… -.-” How come they like this one? Worst, it’s whole Malaysia? Alamak.

horace, I guess it won’t work even complain to them since it’s a whole country phenomena, not only that particular outlet. They might be up to something or they are having some issues. Anyway, it’s a disgrace for them to serve food like this.

i’ve boycott dining in pizza hut since my last worst service ever in pizza hut!

next time u wanna have pizza, try elsewhere like Tom’s pizza (king’s centre), silhouette (the spring) or beccari (merdeka palace). pizzas are cheaper or slightly the same price, yet better service and taste.

lol.. i memang dislike pizza hut. MEHH

@horace i’ve sent in my feedback on pizza hut service & food to their “customers feedback” but they never replied me. So, i don’t see a point for them to have that site anyway. No feedback one.

anna, there is no mention of “garlic” in the menu and with the photo give in the menu it’s totally different thing. Furthermore, lava dip is not introduced in January. Even if they do change it, they should at least have the courtesy to tell us, there is no excuse at all. Furthermore, even if they replaced it, can’t they serve it in a better way than how they served it to us? It’s as if serving some leftover to us, eww… Make ppl lost appetite only.

Oh no! That’s major disappointment. I thought it’s only happened in PH outlets in KK. Hearing its happening nationwide is… ugh. I’ve been avoiding pizza myself too. Let’s boycott them Xd

gladysdavid, yea… major disappointment, don’t want to dine in anymore, I’ll just make order from home for the pizza only.
