No Guilt Cafe

Posted on July 27, 2016July 27, 2016 By sweet surrender 3 Comments on No Guilt Cafe

It sure takes me ages to post this hahah… First time dining at No Guilt Cafe(Lot A108, Block A, ICOM Square, Jalan Datuk Abang Abdul Rahim, 93450 Kuching) was in February! Now is July and going into August!! *LOL* So far, I’ve dined here 3 times.

Now you have a place for healthy food. Not just vegetables, there’s chicken and salmon dishes too. The sauces are the default sauces given to you to add some spiciness to your food. Quite spicy to me.

Do not underestimate the portion. It’s huge! Better to share if you’re a small eater.
Left: Grilled chicken with mashed sweet potato, one of my favourite. The meat wasn’t dry at all, very tender and juicy. Vegetables were fresh too. Very filling.
Right: Aglio-olio with salmon.

Left: Salmon fried rice.
Right: Large salad was indeed huge! No kidding!

Price wise, it’s a bit on the higher end but you are getting fresh, light, delicious and healthy food. Doesn’t look filling but it does fill you up. If you share, it won’t be that expensive. Good thing is meant to be shared. πŸ˜‰

    Wow..looking good.
    Healthy food is great.
I think we need a chef who can cook local dishes in a healthy way. Many of the local dishes are too salty with too much MSG embedded flavoring.

CNE, it’s a healthy alternative. Local dishes used to be healthy. Only in the modern days, with inventions of flavouring, colouring, and chemical make it unhealthy.

I think you are right. It used to be healthy until they start using those ready made seasonings. I see people buying them at super market and use them for home cooking. It is really unhealthy.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
