Another snacks brought back by my sis.

This is flapjack baked with hobnobs biscuits pieces and topped with milk chocolate. This is not very sweet. The chocolate is only on one side, very thin layer. That’s all I can say.

If you are wondering what is hobnob, it’s actually oat biscuit made from rolled oats, making it similar to flapjack. Then you will ask, what is flapjack? Flapjack is a tray bake (or bar cookie) made from rolled oats, fat (typically butter), brown sugar and usually Golden syrup or honey. These two are very popular food in the UK. Just like our traditional kuehs(cakes).

Hope you learn something here. Hahaha… Actually I don’t know what is flapjack or hobnob too before I blog about this. I had to find out from the Internet 😛

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
