I tried to make kek sarang semut for the second time few months back. Really foolproof. I’m using the same recipe as the previous attempt. One step was wrong but it didn’t affect anything as long that everything is incorporated, it still turned out right. Even better than previous one because I didn’t overfill the tray.
Here’s the ingredients:
CARAMEL (Do this first so that it has time to cool):
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Hot Water
1/3 Cup (about 76gm) Butter
BATTER:
4 Gred B(medium) Eggs
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Sifted Multi-purpose Flour
2 Tsp Bicarbonate Soda
