WOW! WOW! WOW! Something to be happy about hehehe… I’ve never win so many things in my life before, don’t even say in a row!
Ok… Let’s start with the first one. It’s not a contest, it’s a lucky draw. I didn’t know there’s lucky draw for the Before I Do Bridal Fair until yesterday the management of Holiday Inn Kuching called me up. The funny thing was they got my name wrong! Irene Chan!?!?! Chan?!?!? Is this a sign or what?!?!? *AHEM AHEM* I’m hinting somebody now π
Actually, this was how it went yesterday. I got a phone call:
Caller: May I speak to Irene Chan?
Me: Irene Chan? I think you got the wrong number.
Caller: Wrong number? Hmm… Ok…
Few seconds later, phone rang again:
Caller: Irene Chan please.
Me: Hmm… I think you got the wrong number. There’s no Irene Chan here.
Caller: Wrong? Hmm…There’s no Irene Chan.
Me: May I know where are you calling from? I’m Irene but I’m not Irene Chan, I’m Irene Law.
Caller: Law as in L-O-W? I’m calling from Holiday Day Inn Kuching.
Me: L-A-W. Holiday Inn?
Caller: Is your number xxx-xxxxxxx?
Me: Yes.
Caller: Do you remember Holiday Inn bridal fair last week?
Me: Yes.
Caller: I’m calling you to tell you that you won something from the bridal fair.
Me: Oh… So when do I need to collect the prize?
Caller: Tomorrow 2pm.
…
Funny right? YAY! I won something!
OMG! I’m so lucky! I got complimentary 3 days 2 nights deluxe room at Holiday Inn Glenmarie! It’s in KL!! It’s valid for 6 months means I can use it for my trip to KL next year! WOW! Already get free stay in Genting and now FREE stay in KL at Holiday Inn! It’s not cheap wei! WAH! I save a lot of money for this trip! I’ll be in KL for 3 days 2 nights 4 days 3 nights. But… But… I’m not familiar with KL, anyone can enlight me with how “near” and where it’s located? I think it’s quite far. It’s in Shah Alam! -.-‘ I found out that Sunway Lagoon is just 3KM away! Here I come! I’m going to go there for sure! For the last day, I’ll be staying at other place which I will need to pay of course.
OH MY! So happy! No need to find hotel in KL anymore!! No need to spend money on accommodation anymore! COOL! Oh! We are arranging a meet the fan session (bloggers’ meet)*LOL*, big one in KL next year! Proposed date is 11/1/2008. We’re still in the process of arranging it! I’m going to meet my fans there!! You come? You come? π
Next, I found out that I also win prizes from Advertlets for Colour Me Please post. I got new set of eyeshadows to look forward to now! Hehehe… I heard from my sis that these eyeshadows aren’t cheap in UK. WOW! Not only that I got other prizes also.
Here’s what I got:

Movie tickets!?!? Hmm… I hope it can be used in Kuching. If it’s for GSC and can last till next year but I don’t think so… By the time, the movie finish already. Hmm… Maybe I will run a contest for you to win it since I won’t be able to use it. Not sure how long is the validity. Will see how later…

btw, if its in shah alam, its definately not 3km to sunway lagoon. 10 km at least. and shah alam is quite far of the kl city, don tink the location is a good one. It would be alright if u have a designated tour guide that drives.. hehe

Adrian, hmm…Who cares the location is good or bad! π Hehehe… I got to stay for free and going around isn’t that hard, there should be people that will bring us around hahaha… still early. Besides, don’t plan to go to the city coz there will be some activities going around, don’t think have much time to shop in the city. That’s what the hotel’s website stated, 3KM *LOL**SHRUG*
