Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

Posted on October 1, 2007October 2, 2007 By sweet surrender 14 Comments on Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

I know that withdrawing your Paypal funds to credit card is quite stupid. Not that I never thought of it before, I did. That’s why we do it with debit card first. We will still do it for the sake of blogging even though we know that we will loss quite an amount of money in there *LOL* At least we can have a breakdown of charges to show you that which way is a better way to do it so that you can make a better choice or just stick back to your VMI or whatever card you have πŸ˜› There are already a lot of posts about using VMI, Accent etc. Someone just has to do it for this! I doubt many will test it with their credit card hahaha… So crazy!

Remember the post about Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version? Here’s the latest update about it. Actually I posted the progress first in Money Money Come yesterday in Paypal: Malaysians Can Withdraw Funds From Paypal Now! (Part 2).

Checked the status in Paypal and the status is changed to “Completed”.

Next, we login to Alrajhi Bank online banking and found out that RM1 is deducted for “Purchase Debit”.

So far, it runs smoothly. We will see when the money will be going into the bank account. Stay tuned! Hehehe…

Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (1)

Posted on September 29, 2007April 4, 2014 By sweet surrender 90 Comments on Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (1)

Notice something in Paypal? This is a good news to all of us! We do not need Accent card, VMI card, E-trade or whatever anymore! You just need to use your credit card or debit card with MasterCard or Visa logo to withdraw your money!

Cool… They charge USD5 per transaction. At least it’s safer and under your control unlike those cards which I don’t really trust them untill now as I heard of many stories about account being suspended and all those torublesome processes that you have to go tru’ to re-activate your account though they got their accounts back still I hate going tru’ the whole process in case I’m that unlucky. This explains why I don’t apply for any untill now. Besides, I have ways to get my money from my Paypal without withdrawing it(top secret πŸ˜› cannot tell you how hehehe…), also I don’t have that much fund in there so no point to withdraw also. You’ve probably heard a lot about Paypal yourself but may not be entirely sure what you think. If you are looking to purchase things online, perhaps you want to some electronic equipment then Paypal is a great thing to use. You’ll like the stability it offers you and how safe it makes you feel when you are buying and selling online.

See the screeshoots below…

When you click on “Transfer funds to your card”, you will be redirected to a page called “Withdraw Funds to your Card”. Withdrawals to your card must meet the minimum withdrawal amount which is USD10 (depends on the currency). If you are withdrawing to a prepaid card, the amount that you can withdraw might differ from your PayPal account withdrawal limit.

We tested it with Jimmy’s(for Chinese version) Alrajhi Bank debit card that he got from applying for their current account. For the time being, we will test with debit card, when this transaction is completed and make sure that we got our money, we will test it with credit card.

Since it’s first time withdrawal, card details need to be added. Debit Cards, Check Card, ATM Cards or Banking Cards are accepted as long that they have a Visa or MasterCard Logo.

Key in the value after you successfully added the card.

Then you will see the summary before you confirm the transaction.

It will take 5-7 business days. We will see how by then… By the way, you can only withdraw USD500 per day. I don’t have this amount of money per day hahaha… If I have… WOW! I’ll be a millionaire soon! πŸ˜›

Remember! Credit card version coming up! Hehehe…

You can also read about it at Paypal: Malaysians Can Withdraw Funds From Paypal Now! (Part 1), in fact I published it in Money Money Come before this blog πŸ˜›

Why Bother Going Through Apple?

Sure you love your iPod, but after a while the earbuds that came with it just aren’t enough. When you’re ready for something new, instead of going to Apple for some replacements check out Quiet Headphones for a great selection of iPod headphones that are sure to have you bobbing your head to the music in not time.

Not only are the iPod earphones from Quiet Headphones designed with the iPod in mind, but these noise isolating Etymotic ER6 headphones will ensure that you hear only what’s coming through your iPod, not what’s going on around you.

Check out Quiet Headphones and their great selection of iPod earphones and I’m sure you’ll be happy that you went with them instead of going through Apple.

SEO & Make Money

Posted on August 14, 2007August 15, 2007 By sweet surrender 4 Comments on SEO & Make Money

First of all, this is not a sponsored post though it might sound like it. It’s SEO(seach engine optimization) post hahaha… Also to introduce some ways for you to make money! Also… I have run out of things to blog πŸ˜›

I want people to find me when they key in “SEO” and “make money”. Hehehe… See how many “SEO” and “make money” you can find in this post. No prize of course hehehe…

According to many experts, to increase your page rank, to increase your number of visitors, Directory Submission is what you can do to your websites or your blogs. Submit them to as many directories as possible, there are so many free directories in the Internet.

Next, you can sign up with paid post programs like PayPerPost, ReviewMe, or Blogsvertise. I found out that it actually increase the number of visitors to my blog because they found the keywords in my blog when they did a search on the search engines. All these programs emphasize on Contextual Advertising.

This is all about SEO! Hmm… By the way… When will Google update our PR? Is it over? If so… Sigh… I’m still a PR3…. Pathetic… Ahem… Someone said I can go up to PR5 and I did the test myself too, indeed I can get a PR5 from the prediction but I don’t see anything now yet hahaha…

Maxis 3G In Kuching

Posted on July 15, 2007July 15, 2007 By sweet surrender 15 Comments on Maxis 3G In Kuching

Oh… If you guys sometimes do strike up a chat session with me in Gmail and I didn’t entertain you, please don’t hate or think that I ignore you. Once I logged in my Gmail, I usually will just let it there without closing the window and not bothering to change my status in there because I’m don’t bother about the chat function hahaha… So if you did send a chat to me, I won’t know unless it happens that I go to check my mail. Just to let you know πŸ™‚

I’m sure many of you know that Maxis 3G is here in Kuching now. Previously only Celcom, now Maxis is in. When will be DiGi turn? To promote this new service of Maxis, they have a mini exhibition at Tun Jugah. I went there yesterday night. Not sure how long it will last.

You can find out more on what 3G can do for you there.

You’ll be given a card and several brochures by the promoters when you are there. The card is for you to explore the stations at the exhibition. There are 4 stations(or 5… Forgot :P), when you are in each station, they will show you what you can do with Maxis 3G. You can play games, watch TV, monitor your home with your mobile phone and what else? Hehehe… I didn’t really pay attention to it πŸ˜› I’m sure you can learn more from Maxis. Just to let you know that, this Maxis is not related to the Maxis that develop the game called The Sims. Hehehe… That’s one of my favourite games. However, you can play this Maxis game with Maxis 3G πŸ˜› Got confused already?

After station hopping, you will need to fill in your particulars in the card and then they will give you a free gift. Guess what? It’s a PEN(photo on the right)! πŸ˜› Hahaha…

Here are some details about Maxis 3G in Kuching from The Borneo Post:

Maxis 3G is backed by Maxis high speed EDGE network which covers 69.7 per cent of Kuching. The City currently has 90.5 per cent 2G coverage, and 3G is three times faster than EDGE and six times faster than GPRS.

Kuching is now totally covered by Maxis high speed network and its coverage encompasses more than half of the city. The areas covered included Petra Jaya, Pending Industrial Area, the town centre (Padungan and commercial hub), Batu Tiga and Tabuan.

TOWN?!!?!? We are downgraded to TOWN now. Ah well…

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
