Body Combat @ tHe Spring

Last Saturday and Sunday, Level Up was having free body combat classes for the public and its members at tHe Spring in conjunction of the launch of My Privilege Book 2010 issue.

I joined the Sunday class. Supposed to be a group of friends of 5 but ended up with 2 friends only. Was out of breath around 4 times but was OK after few minutes of rest. Didn’t do the last bits of the ending though coz really couldn’t continue anymore ;p

I was expecting body ache today but hehehe… None… Surprising for someone that only exercise once in a blue moon ;p. I worked so much harder compare to previous times. My coordination improved too. It’s a progress at least.

Since it was at tHe Spring and the place was big enough, the ventilation was better compare to previous time at the gym, we were standing too near to each other and I almost faint because I didn’t get enough air.

It was a fun session 😉 We also got one-week free pass to the gym. I haven’t even redeem my one-month free pass *LOL* Will do it after Chinese New Year.

Christmas Videos 2009

Went to church this morning for Christmas service. Took some videos and photos to share with you.


Praising session led by the choir. I captured the video with the wrong format ;p So it’s blurred.


Song by the church choir accompanied with tambourine dance. I learned this dance before but don’t remember the steps now ;p Each movement has its own meaning.


Another song by the choir. I’m sure this is a familiar song to all of you.

Lastly, the musical sketch. It was pretty long, I only recorded the musical parts but the audio doesn’t sound very good.

My Privilege Book 2010

Time really flies… I got my first copy of My Privilege Book in 2008 even organized some contests for them in my other blogs in 2008 and 2009. Haven’t got time to organize one yet for 2010 ;p

I won a trip to Sematan Palm Beach Resort this year in the car sticker spot and win contest.


Yesterday I managed to get my book for next year at tHe Spring. It’s selling at on RM35 this year!

My Privilege Book has 125 merchants and over RM5000 in total saving for next year and it’s the biggest edition ever. This time you can find big brands such as Nichii, Body Shop, Elle, Sushi King, Coffee Bean, Secret Recipe and more.

There are approximately 40 merchants from tHe Spring and 10 from Hills Shopping Mall. Not only that, there’s also discount for hotels in Penang and Johor Bahru, merchant of the week program, exciting events, competitions, and exclusive invites are also included if you get the the issue for next year. Don’t forget to register your card online for all these goodies.

During the grand launching, there will be performances from Studio 23 and Imperial Dance Studio, live body combat from Level Up Fitness, musical performances by Kenwy Music and Arts Academy, and various activities.
