Woke up this morning, was told that there’s no Internet line.

Oh… Streamyx, why do you like to misbehave when I’m having my exam? It’s not the first time, I notice that whenever it’s my exam day or near my exam, it will start to misbehave. Calling the helpline will make my blood boils and affect my exam mood. Therefore I will only call them after I’m done with my exam.

Called them just now after I got back from my exam, nothing can be done. No line. Did all the standard procedures and still no line. So… Have to rely on unstable Celcom now. The line is slow… Kept changing from one to another.

One down, one more to go, last one tomorrow! Then need to start researching on my coming trip. Not only that, I want to go to shopping malls but I cannot go because I will surely spend money again 🙁 So have to lock myself at home to avoid unnecessary spending. Now my money is really running low sigh… The current economic situation is not helping at all. ARG!

Again, anyone need a private tutor for their primary school going child? Yea… I can only handle one for now ;p I don’t have experience but I dare to say that I can tutor one-to-one pretty well hehehe… Anyone?

One more thing, I really almost got heart attack just now, you know why? I passed up my exam answer sheets and there was one extra sheet of paper with my answers on it that was not stapled because that’s the extra paper I asked for, I thought she would staple it but who knows she put it together along with the other draft papers! Usually they would check with me whether the extra pieces of papers are my answer or not but this one didn’t ask -.-” I thought she knew since exam sheet and draft sheet are different. Luckily I saw what she did and I told her that that’s my answer sheet, if not 4 marks will be gone just like that!

Red Red Sun

This view is no stranger to anyone. Right? I don’t mean the place, I mean the sun ;p taken last Sunday when I was on the way to Kuching Festival with my parents.

Everyday we are greeted by this red red sun because of the haze. I think it’s quite bad these days based on my own observation. Toward midnight and at dawn, the haze smell is really strong. Sometimes I would be woken up by the smell. Horrible smell.

However, I quite like the colour of the sun because you only see this kind of colour when we are under haze attack or in other words, not always ;p but I don’t like the haze. So contradicting.

Anyway, exam this weekend. No semester break this semester. Does it make any difference to me at all? No difference hahaha…

Kuching Festival 2009 – Part 2

I heard that Kuching Festival Food and Trade Fair will end on 15th August and it’s confirmed by somebody but I still don’t really believe it ;p. Supposed to be on 23rd August. Means it will end in less than 10 days -.-” So short! Was told that it’s shortened because of the fasting month. I don’t understand, what it got to do with the fasting month? It should maintain open until the initial end date. It will be a great place for people to break their fast. Maybe it’s to avoid giving competition to the Ramadhan bazaars around Kuching? However, I do notice that majority of the visitors to Kuching Festival are non-Muslims.

Anyway, some of the food I had from Kuching Festival, my parents went there almost every alternate day *LOL* This year my sis will not be able to visit the food fair, thought she still can make it after we got back from Singapore but too bad… It will end early, she will miss it for the first time of her life *LOL*


Left: O Jien, usually we got the wet type at Kuching Festival, this is the first time we bought the crispy type. I notice that there are quite a number of O Jien stalls this year.

Right: Bought this at the stall selling belacan bee hoon. My dad’s favourite. Cuttlefish with chili sauce. The chili sauce is not your average chili sauce of course. It’s the chili sauce that will make or break this dish.


Left: Lim Kee’s sausage(RM2/stick). I prefer this stall than the other stall. We never miss buying this every single time we are there.

Right: Some Chinese pastry that can be found at the stall not far from SugarBun’s stall. Sesame ball and bull’s horn ;p I don’t know the real names of these hehehe…

Found another cute sticker hehehe… Guess what? I stick it to my camera this time! Hehehe… My camera has two hearts now.

First time was my phone. Now it’s my camera. Next might be my laptop hehehe… We’ll see.

It seems like I’m starting to stick stickers on my belongings. Who knows later I stick a sticker on my boyfriend *LOL* Just a joke ;p

Oh… Do you notice something on the sticker? Looks familiar? Instead of Dove, there’s Duve! Can you spot it?

I’m running out of moisturiser and don’t have money to splurge on Clinique Dramatically Difference Gel so I had to make do with cheaper brands. After doing some research, I decided to go for Garnier Aqua Defense Essence, it’s only RM19+ for 50ml.

This is new product range from Garnier.

With the hazy, hot and humid weather now, it helps cool me down a bit *LOL* The gel is so cooling, I love the cooling sensation after applying it. When I place my palm on my face after applying it, I can feel the coolness on my palm. It is so easy to spread on the face and absorb very quickly. I just can’t wait for my next face wash so that I can apply it to my face. I like the scent too, very refreshing green apple scent.

Garnier Aqua Defense contains fruit water and Vitamin E. These two ingredients protect and defend the skin from external aggressions and free radicals. That’s what it stated on the box ;p

The spoke person for range of product is Crystal Liu Yi Fei, a Chinese actress. For your information, Garnier Aqua Defense Essence made in China.

If you have very dry skin, you can go for the gel cream. Garnier Aqua Defense Essence is suitable for oily skin especially my t-zone. As for my cheek, I just apply more on them ;p My face feels so soft and hydrated after using it but my t-zone oiliness problem still remain the same.

The only thing I don’t like is the jar, very heavy jar and you know how easy we can contaminate the whole jar when we dip our finger in to get the gel? That’s the down side of it.
