Steven ter Horst Chocolatier

Posted on October 5, 2011 By sweet surrender 1 Comment on Steven ter Horst Chocolatier

After dinner at Kopi Tim, we went for dessert at 221D Unley Road, There’s a shop called Steven ter Horst Chocolatier. The place is secluded, quite hard to find if you’re not a local in Adelaide or stay here long enough.

Finally get to go to a little cosy place to hang out. This place specialized in chocolate which claimed to use offer with the highest quality Belgian chocolate.

Left: So many chocolates!
Right: We ordered some tea. You can have single pot for AUD3.50 or double pot aka bigger pot to share for AUD5.50. You can get free refill. We had raspberry tea and also Earl Grey.

Left: Hot chocolate (AUD5.50 – small, AUD6.50 – large)
Right: OMG! Heavenly! The most delicious chocolate dessert I ever had. It’s quite sweet but not the kind of sweetness that can made you felt sick eating too much. Nuts About Chocolate (AUD7.50), there’s roasted almond, hazelbut daquoise, chocolate cremeaux decorated with chocolate chantilly. Just can’t get enough of it!

Lemon Lust (AUD7.70), lemon mousse dome, praline cream, cocoa sponge and toasted almonds. This is nice too. Sweet and sour. I love it also!

GOSH! I wanna have more!! Highly recommended.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
