Oh dear… I’m suppose to be helping my aunt to book Sibu return air tickets from Air Asia but I still can’t tru’ the system, can’t get to the page to make payment phew… If not it will cause more troubles. It’s the 6th attempt today already. This is my first time encounter so many failed booking attempts with Air Asia. WOW! I’m thinking that many people are rushing to book their tickets for next year now since they are having offer now. I wonder I will be in time to get the promotional rate by then? -.-”
So what seems to be the problem their on-line system sucks in general or they are just flooded with traffic at the moment?
Not that I will be using it anytime soon but it is good to know for future reference.

Deadpoolite, whenever there’s a surge in traffic they will sure have this kind of problem but this is the first time it took me so long to book a ticket, I tried for more than 20 times already.
malaysia airlines website is even worse. i almost throw my laptop because of it.
