Sorry about the looooong down time of the server yesterday. I didn’t manage to update my blog yesterday because of that and I got many complains and enquiries from bloggers about their blogs and also corporate clients about their websites being down. -.-” You can imagine how many phone calls, SMS, MSN and e-mail we got yesterday. Sigh… I know you guys were worried, we were too. We had to worry about your blogs, our own blogs and our corporate clients’ websites. Good thing it’s back now and hopefully this upgrade that took more than 6 hours will mean less down time in the future.
WOW… I’m so touch that there’s even people asking why I didn’t update my blog hehehe… Just one day no update π But I had updated yesterday posts today.
This has nothing to do with The Spring. Many people thought it’s related. Oh please… Something with the word “spring” doesn’t mean that it’s related to The Spring ok?!?! *shake head*
Went to 2008 Spring Charity Fashion Show at Civic Centre on the 24th January 2008. Bought the tickets way back before I went to KL.
Left: If you don’t have time to have your dinner, you can buy a set of tart and tinned drink for RM5/set. Portion of the money would be given to SCCS.
Right: The MCs, Robert Chung(organising chairperson) and YB Datuk Yong Khoon Seng.
Let’s not waste any more time. I’ll show you the fashion show. Not all the outfits are here as many of them are blurred.
These are not professional models. Some of them walked pretty funnily hahaha…
Most left: Chua Hua Beng serenate you with some songs.
Right: The male models.
Left: There’s also lucky draw but we didn’t win anything.
Right: Dance from Tyng Studio. You can view the video here.
The clothings were from Tyng Fashion, Red Pepper Fashion, Private Design, Mix Boutique, that’s all I can remember π
More fashion.
Most left: Kenny Sia giving speech. I’m sorry but I didn’t really pay attention to what he had said that night, all I know is that it’s so… Don’t know how to say.
Right: The evening gowns.
More evening gowns and evening wear for the males.
Most left: The last piece of male evening wear.
Middle: Dance by students of Chung Hua Primary School No.6, view video here.
Right: Ms. Fara singing some songs.
These are from France & Taipei.
More wedding gowns from France & Taipei. The picture on the right is just random picture that I took. I quite like this gown but I don’t have such big boobs for it *LOL* I wonder how much padding I would need in that!
These are from Genesis.
More gowns from Genesis. The most right photo is also another random photo that I took.
The end…
Was so hungry after the show because it’s started during dinner time and the tart won’t be enough to fill your stomach. I had a quick dinner at home that day. Many working adults had problem attending the show because it’s in a rush, there’s no time for them to have dinner before going, most also had to rush there right after work. Many left early. If there isn’t dinner served, they should start it later instead of during dinner time. This is something you have to take note of when you organising an event like this.
Anyway, it’s not an easy task to get this show running. It did go well eventually π
