Many of you know that I eat, eat, eat and never worry about my weight. I’m underweight hahaha… I can’t seem to put on weight. Then my parents decided to buy Weight Gain, actually it’s for my bro but I also try it out. It’s not cheap, it’s almost RM100 a tin and you must finish it in 3 weeks.
I’ve been drinking it for few days, nothing much. I’m still the same, I don’t have a scale at home so I don’t know ;p I’m just judging from my look hahaha… Also I’m not that discipline! Supposed to drink it 2-3 times a day, one hour after each meal, and each time 3 1/2 – 4 scoops diluted with 300ml of warm water. I only drink it once a day or if I’m hardworking enough, then I’ll drink it 2 times a day, after lunch and after dinner.
The taste? As if drinking chocolate with salt ;p It contains lots of protein and when I think of protein, I feel wanna puke hahaha… The first time I drank, I almost puke because I think of the smell of uncooked egg white *LOL*
Weight Gain is high protein milk formula fortified with lysine. Will I gain weight after the whole tin gone? I don’t think so *BLEK* My friend drank it before and she said it has no effect on her. Anyone gain any weight after drinking this?
You’ve got to be kidding me right. I’m actually trying to go the other way round of you. Once you hit my size it’s hard to go down. So be happy with yourself now 🙂 Lol. I’m still trying to downsize myself at the moment, but I guess it’s all good 🙂
Alex, yeala… I don’t really plan to put on much weight coz it’s not my time yet, most people in my family do get chubbier in later life so in fact I’m quite worry to gain those weight, later can’t loss them hahaha…

I’ve seen it works and I’ve seen it not work. Obviously, this is only a supplement to a diet which diet is very important as well. Excessive protein is not good for you as well. It’s heaty.
Protein helps building muscle/meat faster. Drinking this alone is not good enough. To supplement the protein intake, a good exercise regime is needed as well. Besides, to do this, protein needs to work with carbs.. so you’ll need to increase the carb intake as well. Take more rice / noodles / bread.. should help.
Hahaha… Don’t care la… I’m not putting any hope, just drinking it for fun and being so indiscipline, it won’t work anyway hahaha…
ai yah…..others thing i’m not dare to give suggest, but talking about increasing weight, i’m definitely the professional. all you need to do is keep close to either one or two of the below option which i always and now still gone through:
a) KFC (once a month, “minimum”, or something that always need fried)
b) snack food (always, not means that few time a month but everytime go to shopping, just grap any kind of snack chips.)
c) 4 meal a day (especially night, with fried noodle or kola mee.)
ok, the above suggestion have to be taken as a huge portion, not simply a tiny bite or few slice of potato chips and say it is a lot, else the whole years you are eating nothing but empty. if any of you or if you are lucky enough to experience how my life style and able to follow they way of how i choose to eat and the amount, then it is impossible that you won’t get fat or what you called “underweight”. look around your friends with big stomach one, and ask them each day what did they store in their stomach?? most important is they eating style, “ONLY AS YOU CAN FOLLOW THEIR STYLE”, even at the end you still can get on weight, you still manage to “DIE”, seriously not joking.

hye irene, my 2nd sister used to drink weightgain last few years and its work. she’s very skinny before and after drink weightgain she put on weight.
lee, you don’t know how much junk food I munch everytime I’m at home in front of the computer(you know how much time I spend in front of the computer and I don’t exercise), *LOL* Anyway, I won’t take your advice because it is very unhealthy hahaha… I’m not that stupid to gain weight this way and I don’t want to have a big belly thank you very much hahaha… The weight and fat must be properly distributed and not on one location. Being a girl with a big stomach, it’s a big no-no, I already have my fair share of tummy there already, I don’t need that big tummy anymore. Maintaining healthy weight is importortant, your way is overweight already but KFC and fried food once a month is too little la, in fact I eat these almost few times a week, snacks/junk food I always got supply, as for supper, this is way too unhealthy. I don’t want to gain weight and get sick hahaha…

tis product need to drk continously atleast 1year baru got effect.really, 1 of my fren(guy) told me.
if u need to gain weight, u can go for blood donation(if reach 45KG), im sure ur weight increase after blood donated coz ur body metabolism and allow to absorb more nutrition.
et, hahaha… I stop drinking it already, very gelik. I can’t even qualified for blood donation hahaha… If I have I’m between 40-45kg I’m happy enough already but problem is I’m below 40kg ;p
im 21 years old.. guess hw much of my weight juz 30 kg.. im very hard 2 pt on weight.. i gt ty tiz weight gain milk once.. bt itz doesnt work.. so sad.. n i realy dnt noe hw 2 put n weight.. hmmm

This is not a only way to gain weight. You can naturally gain weight if correctly follow diet habit to gain weight and also need to exercise to help gain weight faster.

the appeton weight gain does work. i used it before. the problem is the price is expensive. you wont get result after just 3 weeks and finish 1 tin. you must take it at least for 3 month an 4 tins. actually what this milk do is make you feel hungry and encourage you to eat more often. thats why they suggest you drink it 1 hr after each meal. i used to weigh only 50 kg and i took this milk for 3 mth and gain 4kg. you need to be patient. 1 more advise you need to exercise a bit.

I am planning to buy this product. I miss my old weight that is 46kg and now decrease to 38kg in 2 months coz of stress during my practical training. I’ve been waiting for 11 months to gain my weight but useless coz every time i eat alot, i will past motion after that. LMAO. bahaha. I hope this product will help me. 🙂
