Tyre Fire!

Posted on June 24, 2007June 25, 2007 By sweet surrender 11 Comments on Tyre Fire!

The videos are all here!

This happened just now, around almost 2pm. The first photo I took was at 1.50pm. Here are the photos. We didn’t know until my sister told us. She was talking to her friend on the phone, then her friend told her there’s fire at the back of her house -.-” Her friend quickly hung up and called the fire station. We quickly went to the back and saw thick black smoke!! I tried to take photo from the balcony but the tree blocked the view. Then my bro said he will be following my father to the scene, for the sake of updating blog hahaha… I followed. We were having lunch halfway that time.

Views from different locations.

Left: The firemen at the scene. *CUSS* No wonder there are dengue cases! The tyres are piling up!! We heard many onlookers said that the fire was started by people that is/are not happy with the person who put the tyres there. This is not the first time people started the fire but this is the first time the fire became uncontrolablle. Another theory is they burnt the tyres and the fire became uncontrolable. Whatever it is, it’s still so damn wrong for them to keep all those tyres there and cause our area to be black area for dengue cases!

Right: Instantly there were so many cars pouring into our area. WOW! This is because the smoke can be seen from very far away. The photo here is showing cars leaving after the fire was under control.

The person who is in charge of all these tyres has been warned so many times(by local council, by DOE, by the association, by political party, even concerned neighbours and businessmen) already to not put all these tyres there, it has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes but he didn’t listen. More and more tyre piling up everyday. Now, due to this fire, everyone knows very well how these dangue cases happened. He is to be blamed! Screw you!

Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
