The New Sarawak Plaza

Posted on November 26, 2008November 27, 2008 By sweet surrender 12 Comments on The New Sarawak Plaza

Was on the way to Sarawak Plaza and saw many poeple looking up to Holiday Inn outside of the building. I looked up and saw this:

Our first thought was someone was going to jump from the building but it’s not. There was a small fire at the signboard and the management was extinguishing it with fire extinguisher.

I forgot to take photos of the exterior of Sarawak Plaza where they have newly designed signboard up. It gave the building a much more modern look.

The inside also changed. Got new flooring, new doors, new designs, new lightings etc. However, it’s not really completed yet, there are still many things that they have to complete.

That’s all about the new Sarawak Plaza.

Sheraton? December? WAH! Kuching doesn’t have Sheraton hmm… If you mean the one still under construction near Hilton, I doubt that it will be done this December, no where close to be done for December but I’m not sure what is the hotel there as I heard that Novotel pulled out already hmm… We’ll wait and see.

Oh… I know which one already, the one near the airport, will definitely pay there a visit by then but not sure will they allow people to snap away in there LOL…

Sheraton is the one near BDC roundabout. The TPK project behind the shops at RH plaza there.

The hotel behind Hilton is going to be Novotel.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
