Supreme Chicken Rice

Posted on August 29, 2010August 29, 2010 By sweet surrender 6 Comments on Supreme Chicken Rice

Not feeling so well these days. Anyway, went for dinner at Supreme Chicken Rice few nights ago with my family. This place is new. Opened recently, located at Near Choice Daily at Stutong, same row as J&J Cafeteria.

The place looked so colourful with red, green, and yellow colour scheme. You can only see green here ;p I didn’t include the photos of the other part of the place.

Left: Sweet Sour Chicken with Rice(RM5), not satisfied with it, the presentation could be better and the taste really not suit my palette. Too sweet for me.

Right: Fried Tomato Mee with Seafood(RM5.20), same case. This was even sweeter. Why was the sauce so red? Even the prawns became red -.-”

They have promotion set now, available until 15th October. A set of chicken rice(roasted or steam chicken) + 1 soft drink.

Left: Roasted chicken, the look wasn’t bad, taste wise I think it wasn’t that bad but nothing outstanding, at least better than the two earlier on.

Right: Steamed chicken, hmm… How to go wrong with this? It’s just steamed chicken *LOL*

Overall, I personally feel that there’s still a lot of room for improvement especially for the food.

Hi Irene, you eat out very often, huh? But I guess where you are everything is near, and not expensive.
We here have hundreds of Chinese makan shops, big, small and huge restaurants….China, Taiwan, HK….you name it.
As well a few Malaysian restaurants, but very EXPENSIVE! Don’t ask me why? Anyway, we don’t go, too expensive, besides my wife can cook, save money.

Love the dishes in your pics here….
You have fun and have a happy hari merdeka, Lee.

Uncle Lee, I used to eat out a lot but now no more, it’s once in a blue moon thing. Uncle, you no need go out eat, your wife cooks such nice food, those restaurants sure cannot rival. Enjoy our day, we’re having a wet Merdeka’s eve hahaha…

Doesn’t look appealing to me but as you say, there’s still a lot of room for improvements. They should take Singapore Chicken Rice as benchmark and be better then them.

Elisha, they really need to improve else I really don’t know how long they will stay.

Why do you want to dig that far?
