My Singapore trip posts will be ending very soon. Last post will be tomorrow… My Streamyx is still not back yet. Sigh…
So… After Sentosa, we headed back to Vivo City using the monorail. Since it’s already dinner time, so we decided to settle our dinner Food Republic @ Vivo City. WOW! Food Republic is really something to WOW about! The Food Republic in KL is unique. This is even more unique even though it’s not that big compare to the one at Pavilion, KL.
See the interior design? It’s really special. You feel like you are in an old Chinese street. The tables and chairs are extremely heavy.
Let’s see what we had:
Left: Fast food from the fast food stall. This plate of rice cost SGD4.70, it came with a bowl of seaweed soup. Taste wise? Hmmm… It’s edible, nothing much to rave.
Right: Mixed meat claypot rice(SGD6.80) from Fortune Restaurant stall. This wasn’t so bad.
Oh well… Couldn’t order much or try much food as there will be surely comment like “go back to Kuching to eat even cheaper.”, you say la… Aiyoo… How to try out food like that?!?
Most of the time, you only see I featured 2 types of food but do you know these are for 3 people consumption? Again… Oh well… Don’t want to mention anymore.
Anyway, that’s all for now. Hope Streamyx will be back soon.
whr is yr area?
currently im havin that slowmyxz too.
F**K!
plan to switch to celcom usb soon.
Milo, Pending area but many other areas in Kuching are affected as well, for days already. The person in charge said there’s maintenance going on till 18th but it is not supposed to cause a total-no-line, the most is just slow moving line. They will be sending ppl over tomorrow but I doubt it will solve it coz many other areas are experiencing same problem and it all started on the same day until now.
As for changing to Celcom, hehehe… I don’t recommned it, it’s pretty slow and less stable compare to Streamyx. No matter what, cable is still more stable. Celcom still can be used but trust me, I found Streamyx more stable than Celcom at least I won’t suffer frequent dc and frequent slow browsing. As for now, I’m lucky to have Celcom to allow me to go online even though the line isn’t that great.
