Scoozi & Belgium Bar

Posted on March 22, 2013 By sweet surrender 2 Comments on Scoozi & Belgium Bar

Went to Scoozi at Rundle Street back in January for dinner. Before going there, we had pre-dinner drink at Exeter Hotel located at Rundle Street just down where I lived.

I heard Scoozi served good pasta especially the one with fresh seafood but I didn’t try it because it’s too big portion for me as no one was sharing with me and I was on rather tight budget too. You’ll get complimentary bread as entree for each dish you ordered.

Left: spaghetti tossed with fresh seafood, garlic, spring onions and olive oil in a light tomato salsa (AUD19).
Right: I ended ordering chicken baguettes with iceberg lettuce, semi-dried tomatoes, avocado and mayonnaise (AUD9). It was so filling! Really cannot underestimate this. Quite nice.

After that, we went to Belgium Bar just around the corner. I heard a lot of it but never know where it was. My friends ordered some Belgium beer but I did not as I didn’t plan to drink. Leffe is usually what they ordered at Belgium Bar. I tried two variations, it’s quite smooth.

At about 11pm, we called it a night.

Gou, I wish… Didn’t really dine out much in Australia. These posts were all accumulated for months as I didn’t get to post them when I was there. Thanks for coming.
