Queue At Kuching’s Petrol Stations?

Posted on June 25, 2008June 25, 2008 By sweet surrender 10 Comments on Queue At Kuching’s Petrol Stations?

Hey! Don’t forget that Silver Point blog promotion will end soon and Ten Ichi June promotion will end soon too.

I’m sure many of you got a shocked yesterday because there were queues at all the petrol stations in Kuching. I heard from the radio that all roads leading to petrol stations were jammed in KL and my first thought was there’s another fuel price hike coming?!?! Then Ann called me last night asking me whether I knew anything about it or not but I didn’t. It turned out that the petrol stations were threatening to stop fuel sales for 3 days soon. It’s just a rumour, how true it was I had no idea at all.

Obviously all the newspapers in Kuching will surely run this news on their first page today. Indeed!

One of the newspapers here showed a photo of vehicles queuing up to get their tank filled in Kuching but… The photo isn’t photo of Kuching! Hahaha… The caption stated that it’s Kuching but it’s somewhere in Sabah, not Kuching, so misleading. Why I said so? You can click on the picture you see in this post to view the larger version to find out why.

Kuching doesn’t have Esso anymore but Exel, so does other places in Sarawak. Then majority of the carplates started with “S”. Next, the building on the left, is not a building in Kuching, we don’t have a KK Box here and our phone numbers don’t start with 088. Hahaha…

By the way, did you queue for fuel yesterday?

OK… Back to work 😛

Beverly’s Secret, ooo 😛 Got it hahaha… Yealo.. If you in Malaysia I’m sure you will stuck in jam that day.

    ahlost, hahaha…

windwalker, I don’t think they will close lar… If they close they one day no income then lagi cham. However, will see how it goes also la… I really don’t see a point for such panic buying unless your tank is almost dry hahaha… If dry cannot move, then tell boss, no petrol to buy how to go to work le? LOL

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
