One TJ, I’m sure many of you are familiar with this place and it seems like not getting much good feedback from people that I know. It’s said to be the ICT shopping complex in Kuching. I don’t know… Seems nothing much to me.
I didn’t go to the soft opening but managed to go there last year before Christmas for the supposed bridal fair but ended up nothing there and being greeted with emptiness everywhere! Hmmm… I don’t know… Maybe it was called off because of poor responses?
The place is so narrow and small, it’s not like what I had expected and it was so empty in the food court -.-” There’s a blogger zone but I’m not sure how it will benefit the bloggers *LOL* All I know is that I will surely not go over there because it’s too out of the way for me and nothing interest me there also. It’s just a WiFi available section with some power outlets for your laptop.
Anyway… Here are some photos to share:
Samba Zone, the food court.
See how empty and narrow? I wonder how are they going to have the bridal fair with such space? Summore with the nightly fashion show? *SCRATCH HEAD* I have no idea…
It is empty ever since the soft launch. The place is near where I stay but I hardly go there for IT supplies. Still prefer the stinky Wisma Saberkas.
The food court is pricey compare to Jln Song.
They would have to do a lot to attract people. So far, nothing much to shout about. HAvent been there myself.
headin back to kch soon.
where is one tj anyways
Bern, cdason, yealo…
Adrian, you just google OneTJ and you will find it hahaha…It’s a bit secluded.
well, it’s still soft opening ma.. most of them still under renovation, wait till it’s grand opening, then for sure they’ll open, if not, penalty will be given. RM 500 per day. muahahaha..
Samba Zone foodcourt food is reasonable.. try their value meal voucher ( 1 meal + 1 drink = RM 5 ). available at Information Counter and Samba Zone.
josh, hahaha… For sure they will all open by then but how long they will all survive I have some doubts in it ;p The foos prices are very reasonable indeed.
well, it’s still too early to judge them.
It’s only around 1 month ++ they open since soft opening.
Let’s wait and see.
but one thing for sure that, their rental is so expensive, so their products will be selling cheap, otherwise how can they make revenue if they sell too expensive. they’ve new promotion again, it’s angpow spin & win. purchase more than RM 50, and you get to spin. good idea to convince ppl to buy more again. lol.
visit http://www.areuone.net/blog/ for more details on their events n promotion. btw, mobile fair is on January held on OneTJ too, actual date? no idea yet.. always check with their information counter.
thanks for sharing and I won’t go check with the information counter *LOL* Too out of the way for me.
Dear KENBEST Developer,
About City One Mall:
please don’t dissapointed Kuching poeple again with another boring OneTJ or OneJaya. Are u sure u can call that CityOne as a mall ??? As i see your still under construction mall, why got so many stairs ? i mean each unit has their own stairs, make it looks just like an ordinary shop lot design, it’s something just near to Precint88 at Jln Song or Travillion at Biaramas building area, that’s too bad though it’s much bigger, it wouldn’t be an interesting mall and doesn’t looks like an actractive mall like tHe Spring. OHW…..COME ON, can u please just give us something REAL, RIGHT, CORRECT !!!
So far Kuching here still only tHe Spring Mall can really makes us proud and enjoy going there.
unagree73, oh well… everyone got eyes to see LOL… No need say also know.
