Aiks… I have no idea where to categorise this πŸ˜› Hehehe… There’s no food in this post but still categorise it under Food Porn.


Went to the new Popwave, Popwave II, located at 3rd Exchange with M, Jimmy and Pazuzu last Saturday. We were there from 2pm-6pm. We were charged RM20/person but M was only charged RM14 as she had her student ID with her.

We tried to order food there but the kitchen was closed and they didn’t allow us to bring outside food in. So we had to take turn to go out to eat at nearby kopitiam(I forgot to take pcis of the food πŸ˜› Hahaha…) to fill our stomach. We girls went first as it’s the turn for the guys to sing their songs, when we were back, it’s almost our turn to sing, once they had done theirs, we hogged the microphones for ourselves and picked as much song as we could hahahaha…

The sound system is good, the mic is not wireless so there wasn’t battery flat problem. Too bad the song selections are too little compare to Enter K. The room we used was so small *FAINT*

The funny thing was that, 3 out of 4 of us were wearing PINK!! 3 different shades of pink πŸ˜› I didn’t take much photos, so nothing to show hahaha…

Went to Bestberry two weekends ago if I’m not mistaken hahaha… Super super belated post. Went there to yum cha with Lee as I had sort of promised him that I will be freerer after the election hahaha…

Didn’t order much just the usual drinks(pudding milk tea and ai yu bin) and fried tofu(RM2) as snacks. Later Jimmy came to join us and ordered Beef Rendang Rice(RM5.50, if not mistaken).

At about 11pm we called it a night. Nothing much about this post. Hehehe… Just want to make you drool πŸ˜›

My RM60 Hair Cut

Just a side note as many people thought this is another trip to the salon(got them not only in the comments but also in MSN), this is NOT. Thank you very much.

OK! If you didn’t read my previous post about my hair cut then I’m sure you will have a great shock of your life. So here’s the effect(picture on the right) after my first hair wash.

If I style it a bit, do a middle parting, it will have this kind of effect. Good thing this RM60 cut is easy to maintain, I don’t need to do any styling at all. It’s pretty much a wash and wear style for me as I have natural curls.

If I blow dry it, the curls won’t be that obvious. The tip he gave me was if I don’t wan’t too much curls, I just need to blow dry my hair instead of letting it air dry.

At least the RM60 didn’t really go down the drain. This is my first time having such manageable haircut. Still RM60 is quite expensive for me, not only for me, but for you too, else you won’t be so freaking shock hahaha… I won’t be going for another one next time, my first and my last unless somebody sponsors *LOL*. RM60 is just not the money I can afford to spend on a haircut.

Hehehe… My first time blogging with my XPS πŸ˜›

My first time buying new mascara in less than 4 months, I usually only buy new one when the old one finishes or can no longer be used that would be around 1 year. What to do? Elianto’s failed me… It cannot be used anymore, clotted and drying up.


I saw this new one from Maybelline, Maybelline Volum’ Express Hypercurl, is it new? Hahaha… Consider new I guess… Bought it for RM27+ at Watson. It’s hypoallergenic and contact lens-safe.

Here’s the effect, I only used two coats without eyelash curler, just quick application without paying much attention to the details.

Left: No mascara.
Middle: First coat.
Right: Second coat which I didn’t intend to apply but due to my itchy hand, I decided to apply it again but the first coat had dried long ago *LOL* You should not let it dries in between coats πŸ˜›

See the effect? It claims that it can give 75 degree curled lashes with their patented Curl-Lock formula, 3X the volume, without clumps.

Here’s how to get it works:
Roll on this mascara in a zig-zag motion, from the roots to the tips. Apply a few coats till the desired effect is achieved.

I didn’t do that πŸ˜› I just applied like usual, I’m quite satisfied with the effect. No smudge too. After removing the mascara, the curling effect is still there for 2 days. I’m sure if I had followed the instructions, the effect will be so much more obvious.

The brush is quite different from what I normally get from other mascaras that I had tried before. It’s curved, I found out from a TV show about beauty where they said that you must use the brush the “n” way instead if the “u” way. “n” way will curl your lashes, “u” way will not have much effect.

Basically that’s about it. This is my third mascara from Maybelline. My budget for mascara is below RM30, I never go for anything more than this hehehe… I know there are better ones out there that are more expensive but I still can’t seem to get myself to spend this much on mascara πŸ˜›

My First Nuffnang Cheque

Finally… My frist Nuffnang cheque is here(few days back :p forgot to blog about it). I cashed out in February. It’s only RM63.33. Pathetic don’t you think? Many people I know withdrew so many times already but this is my first time after 1 year of joining.

Now I’m a Nuffnang Glitterati with my irenelaw.com but guess what?!??! I don’t see anything exclusive given to me, till now only assign one ad to me, overall total only RM2.61. That’s all. I know you will say that blog of mine doesn’t have much traffic but how to explain when people that have blog so much lower traffic than mine get to cash out so many times? I really have no idea how. Summore I’m a Glitterati. Advertorial? Hmm… I don’t see any for me unlike Advertlets.

I wonder how long more for me to cash out again *FAINT* Nuffnang just doesn’t work at all for me. I’m not sure whether I should remove it or not and replace it with Advertlets hmmm… If I remove it then it would mean RM2.61 in my account will not be able to be cashed out. Hmm… It’s one bowl of kolo mee… *LOL*
