Credit Union Christmas Pageant 2011- Part 1
Yesterday was the day Adelaide was packed with people and filled with colours! It’s the annual Credit Union Christmas Pageant. I woke up early just to make sure I’ll catch it. It’s a good thing I live in the city and the parade was just down at the end of the street I’m living.
So many people! Quite hard to find a spots. People already there since early in the morning to reserve a spot. I managed to squeeze into a spot, good thing for being small ;p
See! So many people, young and old. Everywhere! It was a really hot day! The sun was notorious!
I have quite a number of videos to share with you, here’s some photos:
Waited since 9.30am, finally the parade reached King William Street at 10am+. However, I could only watch it until 10.45am because I need to go back to prepare to go to work which started at 11.30am. The police riding bicycle cleared the street to make way for the parade. Then those on horses followed, you’ll get to see horses on the street late at night in Adelaide, the police is using it to patrol the city. I was so sakai when I first saw it one night ;p

Today’s date is unique! 11.11.11. Posting this for the sake of posting something hahaha…
This week is busy, coming weeks should be quite busy too. My study period is ending in less than a month! Exam early December. WOW! One last study period to go and I’m done with my program. Haven’t decide to continue or not because haven’t get any reply about the schorlarship.
I didn’t realize today is 11.11.11 because I don’t even know what’s the date today until this afternoon. A friend of mine told me today is the day dedicated to singletons (us) out there and I was like “huh?!?!”. Then he explained and told me today’s date then I realized *LOL* Talking about being so blur these days.
I’m sure lots of wedding today going on back home. At least found out a friend got engaged today. She’s so much younger than me, even younger than my sister! Nowm she’s engaged! Make me feel sooooo stress hahaha…
Anyway, going to sleep soon as need to wake up tomorrow for the Credit Union Christmas Pageant. My first time seeing such event. Christmas decorations are up around Adelaide already, haven’t get the chance to take photos of it yet but will do so tomorrow. How time flies…

Spring in Adelaide
I’m sure you know I’m slacking in updating, haven’t even complete the fashion show post! Summer is almost here already! Didn’t post anything about spring in Adelaide and now it’s ending! Irene is getting lazier ;p
Anyway, here you go… Views at The Botanic Gardens. Went there after my exam to clear my mind. It was way back in October! More than month ago. Went there alone. What to do? No one to go with.
My first time there was during autumn. Went there on my own but did not venture the whole place. The second time was with a friend. It was in autumn too.
My third time, in Spring. Lots more to see, more flowers blooming and more colourful. It was so happening when I went there, people having picnics all over the place.
