Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

Posted on October 1, 2007October 2, 2007 By sweet surrender 14 Comments on Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version (2)

I know that withdrawing your Paypal funds to credit card is quite stupid. Not that I never thought of it before, I did. That’s why we do it with debit card first. We will still do it for the sake of blogging even though we know that we will loss quite an amount of money in there *LOL* At least we can have a breakdown of charges to show you that which way is a better way to do it so that you can make a better choice or just stick back to your VMI or whatever card you have 😛 There are already a lot of posts about using VMI, Accent etc. Someone just has to do it for this! I doubt many will test it with their credit card hahaha… So crazy!

Remember the post about Malaysians Can Withdraw Paypal Now! – Debit Card Version? Here’s the latest update about it. Actually I posted the progress first in Money Money Come yesterday in Paypal: Malaysians Can Withdraw Funds From Paypal Now! (Part 2).

Checked the status in Paypal and the status is changed to “Completed”.

Next, we login to Alrajhi Bank online banking and found out that RM1 is deducted for “Purchase Debit”.

So far, it runs smoothly. We will see when the money will be going into the bank account. Stay tuned! Hehehe…

Hey Irene. That’s pretty strange. A few of us had tried it, but we didn’t actually need to add a card for withdrawal. Just as long you had add that card previously in PP with expanded use program, then it should be fine. Probably that’s a term of verification I guess.. They “might” refund you back, as a few of us using different cards did not encounter this charge 😛

Anyway, it is recommended that everyone should withdraw using a debit card, rather than a credit card. Where you would be considered as using cash advance. So you would need to payback your CC in the end plus interests 😛 So far the most recommended card that most of us agreed on was using MOL as they don’t charge annual fees if you use at least 12 times a year. But the only pain is that you are not able to check your account online.

We need to add our card for withdrawal because the time the card was added for PP verification is another card which is a credit card not this card. We need to check the account online so it’s important summore this is the one and only debit card we have *LOL* So of course we test with what we have hahaha… Don’t have how to test?

Lol.. So that pretty much explains it.. Hahaha.. But I think they might refund that RM1 I think… But it’s all good.. The world of eBay Malaysia hasn’t rocking as hard as this when it was finally out from beta testing.. Hehehe… It’s all good!

Alex, hahaha… Testing… Testing… LOL… We will see how at the end, it’s an experiment hahaha…

AmBank NexG still fails. Someone claims that all Mastercard don’t work but why MOL Freedom works?

    Tell me why?! 👿

    Wayne… I also don’t know… Hmm… The bank problem?

Wayne. Check your email, I’ve just replied you. Apparently it’s Mastercard policy. My card now got blocked because they thought it was a money laundering activity. Now I need to write in a letter to explain to them as well show them proof. Sigh, will take months for them to refund my balance in there. -_-”

Go for Al Rahji Bank 🙂 Is the promotion still on and do we need introducer?

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
