Ingredients:

Linguine (for 4-5 servings)
B:

C:(portion up to you)
Garlic
Minced beef
Abalone mushroom
Instructions:
1. Stir fried ingredient C and set aside.
2. Prepare ingredient B by following the instructions on the packet to prepare the sauce.
3. When done with the sauce, pour the stir fried minced beef into the sauce. Then just le them simmer while you do step 4.
4. Cook the linguine by following the instructions on the packet or you can read it here.
5. When the linguine is done, toss it and transfer it into the sauce.
6. Let them simmer for a while then it’s ready to eat.
I don’t really like this sauce, just not my type.
Very quick one right? Hehehe… Very easy, everything is from the packet. Happy trying!
When making the sauce in a packet try dicing up 2 fresh tomatoes and putting them in. Also adding one small can of tomato sauce or tomato paste can be nice. You must also add in dried spices like oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, rosemary, sage, etc or the “Italian Seasoning” blend they sell in many places. The “Italian Seasoning will have all of these spices in one and save you money. Its very cheap here, I’m not sure of the price in Malaysia though.
Heres an amazon.com link to the spices so you see what I’m talking about.

Remember after adding dry spices let the sauce simmer for a while and stir it often so the taste is released. This keeps you from adding too much and overpowering the tastebuds or wasting spices. A bit of salt and sugar in the sauce can also help. This will liven up the tomatoes and make it a bit savory. Not too much salt though perhaps a tablespoon. Sugar depends on the person.
Also grated dry parmesan cheese can be a nice addition to the sauce and thicken it up a bit. It’s also a very nice topping after you have the sauce and pasta on your plate. I think I saw some at Ting Ting last time I was in Kuching.

Generally the longer you cook the sauce the better it becomes. Good luck. If you have trouble finding some of the stuff maybe Ill send you a care package from the U.S. with the supplies you need.
