BCCK Ramadhan Buffet – Part 1

Posted on August 28, 2009August 29, 2009 By sweet surrender 3 Comments on BCCK Ramadhan Buffet – Part 1

Let’s take a break from my Singapore trip post. Was invited to the BCCK(Borneo Convention Centre Kuching) Ramadhan Buffet few days back. Where is it located? Sejingkat! Let me count, including last night, I’ve only been to this area 4 times in my whole life and never one time I’m the one driving because I can never understand how to go to that place. I remember an ex-client who has factory there told me that when people hear “Sejingkat” many are reluctant to go as if it’s at the end of the world hahaha…

Anyway, Anna picked me up to go there together and I thought she knew the way well but we got lost and took us quite a while to figure out the way. Furthermore, there’s no streetlights -.-” Scary to drive there alone especially the place is so secluded, the area is so quiet, not many cars or none at all and it makes matter worst when you are not familiar with the place. I think if I’m driving alone, I might drive home after 1st fail attempt and ask my dad to send me there instead since he said it’s so easy to go *LOL*

Finally we reached BCCK in one piece after getting several calls from Rose asking about our status hahaha… I’ll split this post into few parts because there are so many food! We took many photos too. People, do send me the photos with me. Thanks in advance.

Thought that we will be late but hehehe… Kenny was even more late, he was lost too if not mistaken.

I’m not going to name each and every picture in this post, I think the pictures are enough to make you drool. Besides, the menu changes daily.

Seriously, this is the best buffet I ever had! The presentations were nice and the food tasted nice too! I’m not the only saying so, those who went before will agree to it.

I’m just showing you the appetizers in this post. So many to choose from and these are just a fraction of the appetizers.

Wonder how they are charging? I think it’s pretty reasonable with the food quality.

RM55++ for adults, and RM25++ for children between four to 12 years old. The prices include drinks, many types of drinks are available and they are free flow unlike some places that charge you separately.

BCCK’s Ramadhan Buffet starts on August 22 to September 15, 2009

Oh… The coffee there is good, this is what I heard from those coffee lovers that had tasted the coffee.

To my Muslim readers, this is one place you might want to consider for your fast breaking.

For non-Muslims readers, it’s international buffet, you will get many kind of food there and there are lots of mussels there cooked in different ways and the desserts are not very sweet unlike what I got at many places. They even have ice cream on stick or cone or the usual scoop-it-yourself kind. One more thing, they have chocolate fountain!!

Part 2 will come soon with lots and lots of food and I hope you don’t drool on your keyboard. 😉

For more information, call toll free number at 1-800-88-BCCK (2225) or 082-392 888. Do check out their website @ bcck.com.my. You can find the map in sarawakian.net

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
