Food porn is back! 😛 Hahaha… Thanks to my aunt that just came back from KL hahahaha… I’m craving for steamboat… *drool* Must find a day to go to Garden Steamboat hehehe…
Ok.. Ok… Let’s go back to Tambun biscuit. From the name, I’m sure this biscuit originated from Tambun. It’s not my first time having it, used to have it few years back that were sent by dad’s business associates from West Malaysia as Mooncake Festival gifts.

I came across pandan one before but ewww… I hate the taste of pandan 😛 The one I’m showing you is original flavour. I quite like it actually.

Left: This is almost the actual size. Very cute 😛
Right: Inside the thin layer of crispy skin, you can see the filling. It’s powdery, sweet and salty but at any one time I can only consume one, the most is two but need a huge glass of water. The fillings is the secret to this biscuit. I think it consists of milk powder, butter, red onion, sugar, salt and other ingredients that I have no idea as the box is not with me anymore hahaha…
Do you like Tambun biscuit? For me, it’s nice to have it once in a while not everyday though.
