This happened more than a month ago ;p Decided to try out Ho Chiak Bak Kut Teh, located just opposite Chung Hua Primary School No.3.
They claimed that this bak kut teh is original recipe from Klang. Hmm… No idea, I had bak kut teh at Klang before but the taste wasn’t the same. I know… I know… Every bak kut shop has their own recipe, so I am no judge to say it’s original or otherwise, it’s personal preference.
The rice wasn’t plain rice. It’s garlic rice(RM1).
Left: Bak kut teh (RM6).
Right: Bak kut teh (RM6), the dry type.
Our verdict? Hmm… It’s just bak kut teh. Nothing much to rave about, it’s edible hahaha…
another nothing much to rave about, it’s edible dish. can u write about dish to rave about, not only edible dish?
horace, hahaha… really nothing to rave about, how to expect me to rave about it duh~ If there’s a dish to rave about, sure will rave about it. Impossible to make a dead cow alive.
Hi Irene. Totally agree with u on this one. Nothing to rave about ! ; )
