Last Saturday, my parents decided to go out to have lunch because mom was not in time to cook. We went out quite late and many places that we planned to go were closing for lunch. So my dad brought us to Crown City Cafe 2000, located at Ang Cheng Ho, opposite Goodrich, the shoplot behind Kuching Park Hotel, same row as Spring Garden and Travillion Sin Chiew Chicken Rice.
My dad went there to eat before, he had their fried rice, he said that it was good but too bad when we were there, fried rice was out of stock. If not mistaken this coffeeshop was known as 88 Cafe.
We ended up ordered Pork Leg Noodle(RM4) and Kueh Chap(RM3.50). Nothing much to rave for both, just so-so.
hi Irene……. nice to meet you…… why you didn’t ask me to join you at the cafe???? hihihi…… I feel hungry right know after saw your picture….. hihihi

The taste so-so
Hi Irene,
Just a suggestion. Maybe u can try to cook for ur family when ur mama can’t ready the meal. It’s challenging.. and u ever mentioned that u r in late 20’s so u should be able to handle the fire right.. π

No thanks, why don’t you cook for us π Anyway, we prefer to go out eat once in a while to find something different. This is the only chance we can go out to eat, I’m not going to spoil the chance *LOL*.
Dear Irene,
Sure. If there is chance, I can cook for u and ur family. I love to cook for friends. in fact, I cook every sunday (still learning from mama) to let my mama have a day off. She has been cooking for 20++ years.. and she loves cooking oso. anyway, just a suggestion. ur ‘why don’t u cook for us’ smelled abit ‘fire’ there.. π
Dear someone, “you know how to handle fire”, sounded pretty sarcastic π Anyway, that’s just you, thanks for your suggestion and that doesn’t mean I have to follow as I have my own reason. Good for you to cook and there is no law saying that I must cook, it’s a matter of preferences, not everyone likes to cook.
ops.. i dunno that’s sound sarcastic to u… so sorry.
someone, forget about it. Anyway, you sounded like somebody that I know *LOL* but I’m not sure who. Just judging from your usage of words ;p it’s familiar.
