Also, very confused and lost now with the changes I found out on PR application. Either forget about it or go for it and apply to get Canberra to sponsor me. There’s so much things need to be considered especially monetary wise if going to Canberra. Yes, money can be earned back but I don’t even have the initial money needed to start from scratch in Canberra. Sigh…

William, thanks. Yes, it can be done offshore. Just that now is I can’t get SA to sponsor me which worries me quite a bit and still deciding whether I should proceed with skill assessment and IELTS. As need to get it done a.s.a.p, can’t wait too long since the policy kept changing so have to get on the boat before it’s too late.
Australian immigration is a very straight forward application and all information is available on the immigration website. My advise to you is to start asap complying to the step by step requirement.
William, yea, I’m doing it through an agent. Even though everything is in the website, it’s still rather confusing as there are things that can be overlooked and it’s kept updating. Now, it’s only Canberra that can sponsor me. Luckily I consult the agent as I didn’t know SA can no longer sponsor me and also when the occupation is in the list, it doesn’t mean you will get it, it depends on the government whether it’s urgently needed or otherwise. Oh well… I think I’ll just get the IELTS and assessment done since it’ll take months before I can submit expression of interest. By then, we’ll see what happen. I’m reluctant to go to Canberra due to personal reasons aside from money but will just do it step by step, we’ll never know the future, just do whatever we can do now.
