Holiday Mood?

Hey! It’s year end! Can you feel the holiday mood? I can’t feel it yet. Hmm… Maybe I need some Holiday frames so that I can feel the mood. I’ve been talking about changing my spectacles frame since last year or so and haven’t change it yet! Hahaha… Believe it or not? I haven’t change them yet because I always ended up with expensive frame and I don’t want to part with my money. So how?

I just paid a visit to Zenni Optical just now and they have wide range of Holiday frames. The one I’m showing here is quite cute, I quite like it. It has Chinese New Year feel to it! Don’t you think so? Chinese New Year will come very soon, maybe I should consider getting myself one since I’ve been busy hunting for new clothes and might as well get a new spectacles as well.

Beauty DNA Deep Sea Water Spa Mask

Heart attack or not? 😛

This is the first time I’m using this kind of mask. I never want to buy one because:

My face is small for the mask, see the photo you will know, it’s such as waste on me.
Expensive… I just cannot bring myself to spend money on this thing especially those branded one that will cost more than RM10 per piece. Not even the affordable ones like this one which is selling RM3.99/piece.

Since I got this as a gift when I shopped at Easyshop, I got the chance to try it out.

This mask is formulated with algea extract and deep sea water. Algea extract offers deep hydration. It can tightens, lifts, calms and soothes irritated skin, also to even out skin tone. As for deep sea water, it soothes dryness and rejuvenates the skin.

My verdicts, indeed it’s a waste on me! My face is too small for it! ;p Summore after putting it on for 15-20 minutes according to the instructions and massage the rest of the essence into the face.

The sheet was still very wet with all the goodness there. I felt that it’s a waste to throw it away immediately and guess what I did with it? I placed it on my back! *LOL* Then the “liquid” in the packet, I massage them to my whole body, just like using lotion. Imagine that, there’s plenty more for my body.

Anyway, I used the mask and the dry spots on my face were no longer dry. There’s no skin flaking for few days. It works for me but I have to use it every few days to maintain it as instructed on the packet for best result. Imagine, how much money I’m going to spend on it even though it’s RM3.99 per packet. -.-” NO WAY! I can get one bowl of Sarawak Laksa with every packet.

Then again, it works. Still, I’m not spending such money ;p

I’ve been talking about wanting to change my web hosting for ages already but got no time to do it. So busy, only managed to move some sites over but this blog is still in the same old hosting.

T-Shirts & Dresses

Lately I’ve been trying to hunt for some nice dresses or blouses because I’m in the mood to spend money *LOL* Also it seems like I’ve been posting a lot about shopping online if you do notice hehehe…

Anyway, I got Irene’s package last Saturday for promoting her online boutique. I got two t-shirts because I wrote two posts for her. Another one is in CherishMyWedding.com. After browsing tru’ the choices, I ended up with Colorful Stripes T-Shirts and Handbag T-shirt. Here you go… I’ll wear them for CNY ;p

The quality is good. I do recommend you to buy clothes from her. A friend of mine bought a dress from her and it’s exactly the same as what it’s shown in the website even though the photo of the dress shown isn’t taken by her, it’s from the manufacturer. I’m sure you’ve seen many online and most of the time you got something slightly different from the photo but not for Irene’s. So yea, go ahead and shop with a peace of mine 😉

Next, I asked my parents to go window shopping with me last night ;p Actually I was just tagging along as they wanted to go to tHe Spring for ice cream but changed location the last minute as my mom told my dad I wanted to go to the new boutique to window shop ;p Summore, already got ice cream at home so no need to go to tHe Spring hehehe…

Off we went to a newly opened boutique somewhere at Jalan Tun Jugah coz I saw the advert in the newpapers saying that they got RM9 blouses on sale(I didn’t see much though). I’m not going to tell you which boutique though, they didn’t pay me for it hahaha…

I’ve tried on 4 dresses and I didn’t buy any of them. Poor salesgirl, followed me up and down, introduced me this and that and ensured that everything is good for me and I didn’t buy anything at the end. I’m sure she’s going to curse me after that ;p The salesgirls were quite OK though, not making you uncomfortable, they stayed a distant from you but enough to let you reach them when you need help. Since it’s a three-floor boutique, each customer will be assigned with a salesgirl. Anyway, here you go…

The fact is I wanted to buy but… Don’t feel like parting with my money. Also, I definitely will only wear these dresses one time only and most likely will not be wearing them for the second time. Even if I do wear them more than once, it would not exceed 5 times also. It will be such a waste. Told you I’m very rationale when it comes to shopping ;p

Oh! Ignore my hair, it’s a mess. Didn’t bother to style my hair, as if I do style my hair *LOL* Just happened that it’s a bad hair day.

I love the first 3 dresses. The price range is RM45-59 which I think it’s quite reasonable and the cloth quality is quite good. All three of them made me chubbier and taller. If I had the right bra on, then those dresses would look much nicer ;p Should I buy them all? ;p Which mean I need to prepare at least RM170 for all three of them. HOW? ARG!

I don’t like the fourth one though, not suitable for me at all, have to stay away from dresses like this.

Should I buy or should I not? Hmm…

Miniature Models I Bought From Penang

These are the only souvenirs I bought from Penang *LOL* They cost me RM20. I also bought a packet of nutmeg sweet which is RM6(airport sells cheaper -.-). That’s all I bought and brought back to Kuching.

I got attracted to the miniature food models. There were many types but I got these five. One for RM2.50 and five for RM10. It’s kinda cute that’s why I bought them. Bought these at the air-conditioned shop at Kek Lok Si.

You all have any idea what these all are? ;p I only know the last one. The rest I have no idea what they are. I bought them because they are colourful *LOL* Each of the have a diameter of about 3cm.

Then, I saw some miniature mugs. Bought them also ;p One for RM2.50 and five for RM10. As for these, the diameter is about 2cm, minus the mug’s handle.

I know the workmanship of these miniature items are not that good but because they are so small and cute that’s why I bought them. I was thinking whether I should buy or not for a while and ended up spending RM20 for 10 miniature models.
