I Have A PSP!

Posted on February 3, 2008 By sweet surrender 7 Comments on I Have A PSP!

Been slaving myself in the kitchen these two days… Finally done… Time to start spring cleaning…

Hehehe… I bought a PSP! Believe it or not? I’m supposed to buy a laptop, a DSLR next but instead I bought a PSP! Hahaha… A ceramic white PSP.

πŸ˜› Before you start to yell at me… NO! This is not mine! Hahaha… It belongs to my brother. My dad bought it for him for about RM1000+, including the Memory Stick.

Frankly I have no idea what PSP can do πŸ˜› All I know is you can play games with it. Online too but it’s not that easy to use for online. Typing is such a hassle. It’s only best to play game. I played some games with it, still trying to get used to it, I’ve not been playing anything like this for almost 10 years… Everything in there is in Japanese, I had to guess my way around but I’m still clumsy in what each button is for… Talking about an IT graduate that has no idea what PSP is all about and don’t know how to operate it hahaha…

Are You Broke This Month?

Posted on February 3, 2008April 14, 2008 By sweet surrender No Comments on Are You Broke This Month?

Chinese New Year, everyone spent a lot for it. Then make things worst, Valentine’s there is around the corner during the period of Chinese New Year. This means you have to spend money again to buy gift for your loved one. Everybody basically is broke this month. I’m hearing a lot of my friends complaining that they don’t have enough money to spend this month. They are afraid that when there’s an emergnecy need of money, they might have trouble getting some extra money for emergency. Well… That’s life.

I know some of my friends had to resort to getting payday loans or also known as cash advance to pull through the month because they are so broke and still have some period time before their salaries are out. Of course, when they have the money they must pay back the loan as payday loan usually charges higher interest than the normal loans. You don’t have fax any paperwork and approval is usually very speedy. The money will be in your bank account in no time.

I’m very sure during the festive seasons, payday loan or cash advance can be very popular option for many people. Since you can now find many payday loans in the Internet, you have the luxury of time to compare and make your decision on which is the best plan for you. There is no obligation to get quote online. You can even apply for it online, anytime or anywhere you want without wasting much time and energy.

You must bear in mind that payday loans are not the way for you to solve your long term financial problem. You must make sure you are able to pay it back on your next payday.

Be a smart consumer.

Where’s The CNY Mood?

Posted on February 2, 2008August 26, 2010 By sweet surrender 10 Comments on Where’s The CNY Mood?

Chinese New Year is coming soon… 7th February 2008, WOW! Now it’s February… It feels like just yesterday we welcomed 2008. In less than one week, only few days, Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year will come. -.-” Guess what?!??!?! I have no CNY mood! I don’t feel any. In the passed years, we would be busy spring cleaning but this year… Haven’t start at all! Oh dear… I guess we will only start on the eve’s *LOL*

Even the market is quiet…

Went to Kenyalang, lots of cars, hard to find parking but not many people. Most people came and left empty handed or only with small bags instead of big bags like it used to. It’s not sardine packed also, you can move around easily. Kenyalang is already so “cold”… The rest of the places would be worst!

Indeed…

Went to Padungan, the Chinese New Year Bazaar, I took part in it last year hahaha… It’s my first and last time, no more! Hahaha… It’s pathetic this year! Only few stalls, it ended at Tao, unlike previous years that ended way after the police station which is another block next to Tao. Not many people buying things, many came to see, see, look, look, walk, walk only.

As usual there’s performance every night on stage. Trying to get some mood from it but… Still cannot… Still no CNY mood -.-” Oh dear! What’s wrong with me? Apparently, I’m not the only one. Many of my friends and even my parents also feel this way. Where’s the CNY spirits? Where’s the mood?

The famous cat is dressed in Chinese costume and surrounded by hanging lanterns and colourful lightings are installed along Padungan area.

Many people at Boulevard and always long queue at the hypermarket counter. At least people are buying a trolley or two of goods back. Maybe everyone shopped here that’s why the CNY Bazaars are so quiet. We managed to shop a trolley πŸ˜› However, it’s not all CNY goodies, mostly are just the everyday groceries.

Do you feel the Spring is coming? Do you have the mood? I still don’t have any mood… Will be baking some cookies today to cultivate the mood, not sure it works or not? *LOL*

Come and join us at KuchingBloggers.com! πŸ™‚

Another backdated post. I think I went there 2 weeks ago while I’m still having cough. Hahaha… Went there using the My Privilege Book coupon πŸ˜› Hehehe… I’ve never been there though it’s opened like or more than 5 years already, 7 years to be exact(if not mistaken). It’s located at Ang Cheng Ho, don’t know how to explain the exact location. It’s not at the main road.

Anyway… Presenting Elephant to you.

Another view of the interior. We ordered Caesar Salad (RM7.90) because we’re having cough, so cannot simply eat, had to eat something light. Very big portion…

Cough.. Have to drink something hot or warm, ordered green tea(RM3.80) and fruit tea(RM3.80).

Tomato Spaghetti (RM9.90) and Spaghetti Bolognese (RM10.90). Don’t ask me how they taste πŸ˜› I was sick and my tastebuds weren’t working well. All I know is that it’s quite sour. Hahaha…

Total damage is RM30+, got 10% discount using My Privilege Book but they have service tax, so the discount is only for service tax *LOL*

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
