My First Nuffnang Cash Out

Posted on February 17, 2008February 18, 2008 By sweet surrender 16 Comments on My First Nuffnang Cash Out

Finally I cashed out my Nuffnang on 13th February 2008. You say pathetic or not?!?!?

Almost one year(joined on 13th March 2007) and I only managed to cash out now summore it’s less than RM100. Only RM64.33, deduct RM1 for processing, it’s RM63.33. SO SLOW! This is why I decided to remove it from this blog!

For my friends that had cashed out many times, you can compare mine with yours… I’m sure you will understand why I remove it. Nothing personal, it’s just business.

Sigh… I thought of only cashing it out when it reaches RM100 but it just didn’t move a bit after the last ad they assigned to me at the end of January. Here’s all my earnings for almost 1 year, judge it for yourself. I notice that if I’m not being assigned with an ad, I’m not going anywhere!!! Having those CPC ads don’t help much at all because who would click on it?!?! Not like I have more than 1000 unique visitors per day, then the chances to get click is higher. You say slow or not to earn like this? Sigh… Judging from this, there is no way to reach RM100 even till middle of this year! Nuffnang just doesn’t work for me. Hence the removal of it in this blog but I still have it in irenelaw.com because I want to see whether they will live up to their Glitterati promises.

My first time cash out for Nuffnang(above)… Compare with Advertlets(below)…

See the HUGE difference!?!?!

From my experience with Advertlets, I will still get money in my account right after I cashed out, few cents only but it’s still money, I’m going to cash out this month end again(supposed to cash out in January but forgot)!! As long that the ad is running in your blog or website(YES! You can have Advertlets running in other sites besides blogs) and have visitors(no visitor, no money, as simple as that, it applies to any other ad networks), money will be going in. This is why again… I remove Nuffnang from this blog to join TITAN.

For Nuffnang… See below…

Screen captured it today, I’m a Glitterati now with my irenelaw.com. Had deleted this blog from Nuffnang. I wasn’t a Glitterati when I had Sweet Surrender in there. My earnings so far… Still RM0.00 in my account after my cash out on 13th. It won’t be moving until they assign an ad to me, those CPCs don’t count, unless somebody clicks on it but the chance is low to have constant clicks, it would likely to take ages to have the earning move to another RM50. I’ll see how long will I get the account moving again… If not much movement after maybe 3-6 months(depends on my mood), I might just remove it from irenelaw.com and replace it with Advertlets.

That’s because they didn’t assign ad to us. They don’t want our business what to do? At least I know that with Advertlets I still have money going in even though a bit. Summore, took part in many sponsored posts and contest of Advertlets too, that’s why got so many chance to cash out unlike Nuffnang, never give us chance to do advertorial and only give all to their “bloggers”. Small fish like us, siam bi bi la… I also doubt that with their exclusive program I will be able to earn a lot because everything is given priority to their “fav” bloggers.

I removed Advertlets from my cdason[dot]com blog. Already earned over RM200 through Nuffnangs which I enrolled the same with Advertlets.

My advertlets only managed a poor RM60 above. Made a remark to Josh about the little earnings despite hitting over 2000 impression,s but.. well.. no response.. and advertlets would be only for my old blog.. still can’t cash out.. hmmm..

cdason, hahaha… You can only get more money if you join in those sponsor post and contests, that explains why I manage to cash out many times else it won’t be that fast, with 2000 impressions per day, it’s not really that high I would say. Pretty average, unless you refer to unique. At least I’m assured that I will have sponsor posts(which they’ve been offering on open basis, so anyone can have the chance) and contests to join to earn extra money with Advertlets even before they introduce the exclusive club, however with Nuffnang, sigh… Only you know who got the chance to join the sponsor posts and happening events(everything in WM, according to them we, EM, doesn’t have the resources for them), the rest of us just had to wait for them to assign ad to which it will take ages to get assigned which explain my earning is damn slow… Sigh… You are the lucky one to get constant assignment but too bad I’m not, even with my traffic so much higher compare to many people… The funny thing I notice is that, those low traffic(lower than me) blogs are getting more assignments than I do. What to do? Disappointed with them. I also doubt that we would be getting much chance with this Glitterati thing, only their selected bloggers will always have the chance(if you get what I mean and if you notice their pattern all these while which I’m not that happy with it). Then again… It’s all business, no money, no talk.

i know this was like so long time ago but i just wanna comment. with only 184 uniques per week (at that time), having an average 26 uniques per day (at that time), and you were complaining that nuffnang doesn’t pay you well? not to mention your status was not glitterati before this. So how can you complaint nuffnang doesn’t pay you well? hmmmm…

anyway, i see that you have nuffnang ads all over your site now.

good luck in earning through blogging. =)

JunJun-Riko, like you said, it’s long time ago. I was complaining as I was comparing it to Advertlets and that time I’m serving both ads at the same time.

Nuffnang really doesn’t pay me well until now even after becoming their glitterati also makes not much difference. I could make more from Advertlets(even when I’m not Titan member) compare to Nuffnang(either glitterati or not).

However, due to some problem wuth Advertlets, I decided to test the Nuffnang water again, giving them another chance but sad to say, they disappoint me. The earning moves a bit but still it’s too slow. Ah well… Whatever.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
